The morning manager, a stocky lady was extremely rude to us as well as the tall goth cashier. We got yelled at in front of customers for allowing people to go in front of us in-line. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this manager be rude or profile customers. Personal shout out to Jared who was the only nice employee there who apologized to use for his manager. He is the only reason I am leaving two stars.

Large selection, really good prices, plus size goes up to size 24. No dressing rooms is the only drawback.

Place has gone downhill while the prices have gone uphill.
Workout pants $15+
Tops $10+
Then they put the “designer” handbags behind the counter. A used Coach/Michael Kors bag is not designer.
Be aware- Value Village will only let you an exchange, no refunds given.
You’d be better off going to Marshall’s/Target/TJ Maxx. At least they have a dressing room and a return policy.

horrible store, they wouldn't let me leave my bike inside because I didn't have a lock. If you are a man and want to buy new clothes, don't go to this store, very weak and with very little choice of clothes.

This a wonderful place to find an eclectic mix of home furnishings, clothes and knick knacks.
The customers service is impeccable, everyone is extremely friendly.
10 out of 10 on everything.
A great location in dow town Tigard. Next to many other places to shop.

Bought a few items, forgot my coupon in the car, and I proceeded to checkout. I got my coupon and went back in the, ask for the manager, she agreed to do the return, I said to her I really appreciate u doing this for me, she said nothing to me, she applied my coupon, then told me it had been used. She proceeded to return my items and told me I could just go. What kind of customer service is this?

I have been going to value village for many years but was disappointed when I visited last. Prices was some of the worst I have ever seen at a second hand store. A cheap kitchen knife 7.49 children's books most at 5.99 small stuffed animals 5.99
I seen a lot of people shopping but nobody at a register buying.

I LOVE this place! I used to visit Savers all the time on the East Coast and am so happy to have Value Village out here to use my points! I really enjoy all the coupons and promotions they do, it makes purchasing super affordable.

I really want to like this store, but the prices are becoming ridiculous? They are becoming the same price level as places like Buffalo Exchange, but those stores CURATE the selection and make sure there’s not bad damage. Y’all get everything DONATED! Why are USED Eddie Bauer t shirts $10 to $15? That’s not a luxury brand. I literally saw stained shirts that were $15 because of the brand was something like Talbots. Y’all need to get it together. We’re not all flippers, and at least flippers can say they provide a service by doing the digging for you. Y’all don’t do anything but put it on the floor after it’s been GIVEN to you.

Dangerous for senior citizens to shop here. Employee won’t help you with large items, make you use self checkout, require and demand you put your shopping cart back even if your hands are full they won’t help you, rude, and allow other customers like these teen girls harass senior citizens. Employees lie saying they don’t “hold” items even though they have sold signs on items they are holding! Very dangerous for me to drag big desk from
Back bcuz no help& then told I need to do self checkout and move it over there. No help taking it curb for me either.
