I won’t change my review until Verizon business contacts us to fix the issue your employees created on December 2021. The store says it’s not their problem that they can’t fix it but we are TIRED of explaining the situation monthly to your call center in India and still NO ONE does anything. Verizon owes us close to $3000 because of a hot spot devise we tried for 30 days and returned (because it did not work!) but Verizon continued to charge our account over a period of 2 years. I have been a customer for 18 years but will be switching if this is not fixed in the next 30 days. Also I do not appreciate the text messages saying you are going to disconnect my services if I don’t pay when you are the one that owes me over $3000. Please have someone knowledgeable contact us and help us fix this situation.Can someone that speaks English please contact us to follow through with this?

They probably shouldn’t wear name tags at the store. Manager Michelle could not care any less about customers. After waiting 45 minutes for them to connect our two Apple watches I asked the portly gentleman how much longer he thought it would take, and he said in the most apathetic voice it will take as long as it takes.If you would like to waste a huge amount of time and money, this is a place to hang out

Comically terrible. As we patiently stood by and the sales agent try to connect our watches to service- After 45 minutes- I asked the rotund white tattooed man how much longer he thought it would take. he said in a very apathetic voice, "it will take as long as it takes" When I complain to the manager Michelle, she completely went off. She said "he is trying to help you and you are being rude!" This was the queue that the apathetic sales associate was waiting for from his apathetic manager. He said a loud voice "OK I am now refusing service" and pushed the devices away from him on the table. I went home and called Verizon tech-support. A very competent lady was able to activate service on our watches within 20 minutes.

I went into this Verizon store to finally get an upgrade. My phone was dated, I have been not reaching all messages/calls from family and friends. As I walked in, they placed me on a waiting list. It wasn't that long of a wait. The rep sold me on the apple pro. As we were setting up, he told me there is a to set up and transfer. I couldn't believe they charged for this but agreed. During the data transfer they told me that its far enough now and I can go but I must keep my phones together. I figured, after transfer, I would be good. Big Mistake! I had a 2 hour after leaving the store data transfer and had to set up my apple watch on top of everything else. Don't recommend services and charging for it if you can't commit to completing such services when you rush people out the door.

***Update: If I could give negative stars I would. The manager is completely incompetent. What kind of manager allows their employees to make changes on the account that they don't know they cannot do. Yes, I will admit I wasn't the nicest because it was the worst day ever yesterday. Yes, I did raise my voice and leave saying some not nice words. However, in this case I feel it was warranted. You can only put up with so much lying and defrauding for so long. Take your business elsewhere, or buy your Iphone directly from Apple. Don't waste your time with Employees who care only about upselling. FYI this same "Manager" I spoke with this evening came over multiple times within that 6 hours and looked at our plan and said nothing. But this is the same manager who came up with the underlying problem for my phone. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I spent 6 hours in a Verizon store today to walk out with a phone that doesn't even work. I came into upgrade our family plan and upgrade our phone. I was told that one of our family add-ons could be removed in store. Perfect! What should have taken me 2 hours took me 6. Left me angry and frustrated. Over 12 emails of charges. Refund of 2 phones that didn't work. Trying to make my old phone work. Just to be told the reason I might not be able to make calls is because of the family add on still being on and only the account holder can remove that. What a waste of my day, and I was stuck in Verizon with no phone and no way to contact my work. I got my refund for the new phone I bought but of course it has to come in a check made out to the account holder. We will see if removing the family add on works, but as of right now I'm really angry at Verizon as a whole. I have a phone that doesn't even take or make calls. Basically a glorified iPod. For the amount of time I spent in the store and the fact that the MANAGER knew that this was the issue in the first place I feel like I deserve a significant amount off my next phone or our bill if we choose to stay with Verizon. This is unethical business practices that Verizon does and your employees telling me that "IPhone 14's have issues with ESIm's but they don't let the customers know" is extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I's also like to add that they are full of it when they tell you what your trade in value is. I was told yesterday my trade in value was $220 with the upgraded plan I was getting. Then they told me $146 today. On top of that, they didn't even process the trade-in until after they billed me for the phone and the new plan. Told me it would come off as a credit. Everyone just lies there!!

Would give ten stars if I could. James spent an hour with my wife helping her transfer her number. He made no sales or commission as I bought that phone on line. Just a totally nice guy

I cannot believe I fell for their lies again. Signage states $25 month for internet. Come in and EXPLICITLY ask if there are start up fees or equipment rental fees, I am told no. I also ask IF I DONT HAVE VERIZON AS A CELL CARRIER IS IT GOING TO INTERFERE WITH MY ABILITY FOR INTERNET. He tells me no. Not only am i 3 weeks in with no ability to create a verizon account because SURPRISE i have to have a verizon password OR WAIT VIA PAPER MAIL FOR A PASSWORD but also my first bill (due tomorrow lol it hasnt even been 28 days) is for $60 because of ....startup fees! Can these people enter this decade and help make an account over the phone? They have no problem verifying your social but they simply cant make you a password lol. The added cherry to all this is that you HAVE to use the verizon app to pay the bill unless you wanna go in the store. Cant just go to the website. These people have my social and they better not ding my credit due to their incompetence. How are these people even still in business? Isnt ANY of this illegal? UPDATE 3/29/23 - after cancelling my service 2 weeks ago in person they swore up and down i was done and no worries. I get a email stating i have a due balance and are going to send me to collections. I am so unbelievably close to getting a lawyer.

The service is beyond awful. The management was not helpful and lazy. The guy greeting at the door made mistakes handed off equipment that was incorrect and then said it was our problem. It took hours on the phone to fix what they did and they took no responsibility for giving me incorrecti equipment. When we told them they made a mistake they tried to kick us out telling us we need to make an appointment to come back I said I will not take the incorrect equipment. Truly beyond awful doesn't even characterize how awful the engagement with Verizon was. I simply cannot recommend the store in any fashion for any reason for anyone not even for people that I don't like because I don't think I could dislike somebody enough to send them to this store. But the truly abhorrent behavior was to have a manager come out of the back because that's where he was hanging out and tell me we need to leave because we are upset that they're mistake and that they are too busy to help me not withstanding him not actually having been out there helping anyone with anything. Literally tried to throw us out. My many many years as a Verizon customer has now been cut short. I'm looking for the alternative. I will even pay off my phone just so I can say I am no longer a Verizon customer.

Verizon Bridgeport-used to be a great location for fast customer service. NOT anymore. Service is very slow-been waiting an hour. There is very limited and uncomfortable seating. 3 employees standing around "working" but not helping anyone. Verizon-get it together and hire more help. Customer Service is a big deal and there is a lot of other choices for good cell providers
