I will never go to this Retail store again, they are not honest, Nickolas the salesman he will just try to sale products to get commission or credits from store. I fell into his trap, he told me trade your iphone pro max for the new one with only $100 and and i did the he told because you traded it to get a free apple watch today!! Which was a trap and also he told me get another for half price, and i got one for my wife as well, with free cellular services, at check out he charged another $35 for each line and he said that is in store fee!!!!! Lol, for his service that he has done today !after that i found out he just lied to me and i have been trapped, first of all the phone was not unlocked and he gave me the phone with a contract, which my phone was still in perfect condition, secondly the Apple Watches were just financed and not free, beside I had to pay for the cellular service too which he told me that is free. I have my evidence for our conversation.

Nicholas, Sales Rep at the Tigard, OR location was wonderful walking me through the process of buying new phones and tablet. He is very knowledgeable, qnd professional as well as being funny and creative and found a work around solution for my connection issues. He skipped his lunch to help me even though the hours ticked away. I was very happy and thankful that he stayed to make sure I had active phones.

I went into this Verizon store on Dartmouth Street Greg helped me he was so well mannered helped me with the problem I was having with my phone so professionally. I am a senior 74 and not very good at new technology.

I was in today and Scarlet solved my problem. My new IPhone would not port from AT&T to Verizon, I was totally frustrated, and Scarlet persevered until it was done, and I didn’t leave until it was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time, I’m now happy. She is amazing!!!

I went in on 2/5/24 around 11am to get my own phone plan and phone for the first time all on my own, a new thing I have never done before, with no knowledge on how things work. Before arriving a called the store to make sure I was able to do so because I had recently got off of my fathers phone plan, I wanted to make sure I had everything in order. Nick answered the phone, that was the first mistake seeing how he was just interested in giving me a phone number I had already called before, Nick had given me no instrustions on what to say or do " just call this number". I had told him I had and its just been a run around. So I called this number for the 5th time, again with no luck or answers to my simple questions. I called the store back again, Mark answered, I explained I was frustrated and he apologized and said I could come in and they could take care of it no problem and that he was confused as to why Nick gave me that number. When arriving, I waited which is totally fine everyone was busy. But the person who helped me? Nick sat me down in the chair with some pre bias because I had said the number didn't help? And I was also confused on how he would know? Absolutely unprofessional, cutting me off mid sentence, not even in the slightest wanting to help my problem. Making remarks like " so what was this rodeo you were taking about" . Referring to the "run around" comment I had said on the phone. he was very aggressive with his remarks which really made me upset. After the very disappointing treatment I received, I told him id like someone else to help me out. I then got up, stormed out and sat in my car for at least 10-15 Mins trying to calm myself down. I was shaking and crying because I couldn't believe someone who is supposed to help was treating me this way all because a number he gave was no help. After I thought I cooled down I walked back into the store because getting a plan and phone was a priority. I sat in the chairs and that's when Scarlett came over and helped me out. When we went to her desk I still was upset and started crying, was embarrassed I was letting Nick get the better of me. She calmed me down and was very very helpful, understanding and warm. I wouldn't be able to have done it without her. I truly am thankful she made my first time purchase of a phone and phone plan painless. 10 stars for Scarlett, an amazing women.With that said the treatment I received from Nick was unacceptable. Management has to do something about his disgusting and pathetic excuse of costumer service. So if Nick if you are seeing this, you should feel guilty for the way you treated and ashamed of what you did and said.

We had the best experience thanks to Derrick at this Verizon store. After spending at least an hour at another store trying to figure out why my auto pay wasn't working even though everything seemed to be set up correctly Derrick at the Dartmouth store helped us and got things going in about 10 minutes. This is the store that we set up our account with Verizon and recommend it to anyone who wants/needs to set up a cellular account. Thank you Derrick!

Came in to see if I could adjust my phone plan. Sales rep said it would cost the same to get more features on their newer plans. He ended up changing my entire families phone plans without telling me. We ended up losing many of the perks and hot spot capability on one of our lines.

Didn’t have to wait. All my questions were answered. It was so pleasant sitting in front of the associate’s desk. Customer Service is like night & day if you compare store experiences at different locations. It’s like some stores get it while others don’t.

I would give zero stars if I could. Up front seemed very nice and helpful. Come to find out almost two months later I was lied to about every “discount” and “trade-in” I was given. Money hungry snake my bill is steadily climbing 20-30 dollars a month for no reason. And my Apple Watch I was told I got for $150 my pay off is well over $300. I’m not one to argue and make someone’s job harder cause I don’t like a price, but be careful here they’ll sell you a bunch of lies.

Aaron was fantastic! I came in to get switched from an old provider and left with a brand new phone! I got to keep my old number, and the transfer was super easy! After being an AT&T customer for years, it was always such a hassle to find someone who could actually communicate and help me with what I needed. Aaron has been so helpful and very personable as well. 10/10 WILL recommend!

I was in a huge Hurry to get a phone for my husband because his phone was from the dinosaur days and it died. So the man there that helped me help me get into an affordable phone quick and fast for an amazing price! I needed the phone fast because my husband needed to go to work and he had to have his phone for work. So I can't remember the guy's name but we were sitting next to the window. Had he not helped me I don't know what I would have done. So instead of one through five stars I would give him 20 Stars for doing an amazing job at helping me. I love Verizon! Thank you!

Please was kinda busy when I walked in, But they worked through everyone swiftly. I was Helped by “Tony” who was a great quality worker who took care of my issues fairly easy. Will be coming back to this location when I’ll inevitably need help again.
