Wow! The manager at this location, Kylie, went way above and beyond what she had to do in order to help us solve our tech problems. My husband and I, not tech savvy to say the least, came in the store and were thoroughly impressed with her customer service. She exudes amazing patience, is kind, humorous, and has the ability to truly multi-task; everyone who came in the door was helped by her with a wide smile and a positive can do attitude. We hope she is appreciated by her bosses and given any upward mobility she might desire.

Comically terrible. As we patiently stood by and the sales agent try to connect our watches to service- After 45 minutes- I asked the rotund white tattooed man how much longer he thought it would take. he said in a very apathetic voice, "it will take as long as it takes" When I complain to the manager Michelle, she completely went off. She said "he is trying to help you and you are being rude!" This was the queue that the apathetic sales associate was waiting for from his apathetic manager. He said a loud voice "OK I am now refusing service" and pushed the devices away from him on the table. I went home and called Verizon tech-support. A very competent lady was able to activate service on our watches within 20 minutes.

Incredible old-fashioned customer service! I decided to treat myself to a different cell phone and a different cell phone company as my Christmas present to myself. I decided on Verizon as my new cell phone company and went over to this Verizon store on Southwest Hazel Fern Way near Bridgeport Village. It was a few days before Christmas and they were really busy! The store manager, James, was at the front door taking people's names and their time of arrival. I don't think I waited more than 12 or 13 minutes before I was helped by a sales rep. His name was Keaton and he was so helpful and so informed about the products in his store that I was very impressed with him. I had done my research and I asked if they had a certain Motorola phone in stock and he said yes and brought it out to me. My current cell phone company was then called to get the porting code and my account number but they would not give me my account number over the phone no matter what kind of information I gave them. I don't know that account number by heart, and I can only access it from my laptop, and my laptop is in the shop. Not even Keaton could coax them to surrender my account number over the phone. I understand the need for security but I'm giving them all the information they need to verify that it's me! That was the only drawback to my appointment was I have to go back to finish getting my new phone set up with my current cell phone number. I will be calling my soon-to-be ex cell phone company's executive customer service branch, explain to them what was going on and I am pretty sure that they will give me my account number when they hear how I was mistreated by their personnel. My new Motorola phone was given a "burner number" just so we could start setting it up, and as soon as I get my account number from my soon-to-be ex cell phone company we can finish setting up the Motorola and I can be a Verizon customer! I cannot thank Keaton and James enough for their excellent customer service! This particular Verizon store is highly recommended by me! Just my opinion, folks! Happy New Year everyone!

I just wanted to say this store had excellent customer service. I spent a good amount of time in the store dealing with phone issues and throughout the process. The staff was excellent and the management was amazing. I do not recall everyone's name but I do appreciate the help from Taylor, one of the employees at the location. She helped me throughout the process of switching services and had such amazing attitude/customer service through the whole process! I recommend coming here if you are near the area!

I switched over to Verizon two years ago. They have given nothing but the absolute worst customer service across all industries that I have experienced. On several occasions. I don't say that lightly. They are highly consistent. Please do not make the mistake. Go with att or T-Mobile. The coverage hasn't even been better with Verizon. The data coverage has actually been worse! I'm stuck there because of family.

I came into Verizon to get a portable wifi box for our small business. The person in charge of business accounts happened to be there and we were pressured into going that route. It was a complete mess. They entered my husband’s info, then my info and set of fraud alerts. At that point we just settled with the regular box and went home. Keep in mind this was about an 6 hour process. Our bill was going to now be $238 or so. After 24 hours she finally got it worked out and told us we would be saving close to $60-$80 a month by switching to a business account vs just the regular account. We thought that was just too good of a savings to pass up. So we went back in and swapped the boxes. Well fast forward our first bill was $310. Our projected bill for next month is $294. Basically the savings she said we would be getting is actually how much more we would be paying. This was a complete scam. It was already a stretch for us to pay the $238. I would definitely advise you to not work with Verizon business. They are complete scammers. My husband reached out immediately when we noticed there was no savings but a huge increase and they just stated they went in and checked they added the discounts. We do not even know what we are suppose to do at this point. We have zero paper work to even know what we got ourselves into. Beware. Do not work with any Verizon employee over the phone or through texting. Only work with them in store with actual papers in front of you.

20 years ago I had a root canal that went wrong. I was in excruciating pain for weeks! It was still a better experience than being in this store! And I'd recommend that dentist before I recommend Verizon! Been with AT&T for 15 years and will never go back!

I would give zero but they don’t offer it. It was awful insulting and embarrassing. You would think being a loyal customer for 26 years they would offer a way to access your account when you were stranded. They did not but Apple did. Thank God! Then they charged me an extra Minh Service. Go figure!
