“I had to pick up a part at the Key Home Furnishings warehouse for a family member and didn't have a lot of details. The staff were friendly, genuinely happy to help me, knowledgeable, quick and clearly hard working. They had a sense of urgency without feeling rushed. Even though, aside from being a great business, they're very good PEOPLE - two of the staff in particular, Adrian and Corey - went above and beyond when I was leaving. I found an injured owl near a fence as I was turning around in the parking lot. Corey and Adrian quickly got me a box and soft material, and helped me get the owl in the box and into my car so I could take it up to the Bird Alliance of Oregon center for rehabilitation. They certainly could've just gone about their day, but they took a few minutes to help out. I'm a customer service manager for a medium sized company, and moment like this are what build brand loyalty; often its about creating a customer experience and taking an opportunity to do something to be memorable. This situation aside, the whole team at the warehouse was top notch and made it painless and east to get my part picked up. So, thank you Corey and Adrian and everyone at Key Home Furnishings! The delivery guys were also perfect. I was so happy after sleeping so comfortably on the new guest bedroom mattress that I went back and bought a second mattress for my own bed.
