“I am giving five stars to Cody the Staff Manager who apologized for the way I was treated by another manager and the person working in returns when I visited the Tigard Costco Warehouse recently to return two items. The details - At the beginning I informed the person helping with the returns that they would go back on two different cards. I did not know that Costco provides one receipt even though the refunds were for two different cards. When I said that didn't work for my record keeping the response I received was that I didn't tell her I needed two receipts. I asked who could help and she called a manager who seemed to yell across the counter at me and was not helpful. I then asked for the next level of manager and that is when I was able to talk with Cody. Costco Corporate - If you monitor these reviews please consider addressing the way the employees who have direct contact with customers interact with them. When I can I drive farther to the Wilsonville Warehouse because it is almost always a more pleasant experience.”

“I ordered my tires online and delivered it to the tire center. I made an appointment online once the tires were received. Upon arrival the staff was informative, efficient and nice. They made sure I had the correct tires for my car and double checked that I was aware my new tires were not run flat tires. The whole tire change process took around 1 hour. They gave us an estimated time of completion so i came back at the provided time. I didn’t receive a phone call but they didn’t say they would call so I didn’t expect any calls.”
