“I am giving five stars to Cody the Staff Manager who apologized for the way I was treated by another manager and the person working in returns when I visited the Tigard Costco Warehouse recently to return two items. The details - At the beginning I informed the person helping with the returns that they would go back on two different cards. I did not know that Costco provides one receipt even though the refunds were for two different cards. When I said that didn't work for my record keeping the response I received was that I didn't tell her I needed two receipts. I asked who could help and she called a manager who seemed to yell across the counter at me and was not helpful. I then asked for the next level of manager and that is when I was able to talk with Cody. Costco Corporate - If you monitor these reviews please consider addressing the way the employees who have direct contact with customers interact with them. When I can I drive farther to the Wilsonville Warehouse because it is almost always a more pleasant experience.”

For the typical car / suv / truck owner no other company has a better selection of premium quality leading brand tires at these prices and with even better pricing with quarterly promotions. The installed price includes new TPMS, new valve stems, road hazard warranty, lifetime balance and rotate with tap on and adhered weights ( to protect your wheel finishes ). The lifetime free rotation AND balancing will extend the life of the tires, preserve their performance and handing and the cars ride quality and it is worth $200+ if you perform the service every 7500mi ... note most places rotate for free but charge up to $40 to rebalance). The service techs are top notch and perform best in class work and not that you need to be friends with your tire guys .. they are courteous, engaged,cand friendly. We do go the Les Schwab for our RV tires and for oil servicing and they are great too and woukd be my second choice if I needed budget tires for a car / suv / truck. Hands down Costco tire center is the best. Also they reat their employees well, the exec membership pays dividends on your purchases and the Citi Costco card issues annual cash back rebates... its WIN WIN WIN WIN ... WIN
