WaFd Bank Tigard is the location i look forward to. When I started banking, I really struggled to find banks that were and are human. Whether it's a phone call, I get a human. The hours are kept. I appreciate that so much. I don't have any extra time and I'm not too flexible with my scdueled but WaFd bank. I can always bank on them to be there. When I have issues , I have actual human bankers giving their all with issues and taking time comming up with soultutions that fit my needs. I just really love comming in to this location as well. It's welcoming. I always have a positive experience.

This is absolutely the most unfriendly bank I have ever worked with for business. I come in with large deposits from our business that take about 10 minutes or more with a teller. It is the most awkward 10 minutes of my day every single time. The teller does not make any conversation, at all. Doesn’t ask how your doing or try to converse. We are treated completely different here than any other bank we have banked at for business.
