This is aimed at Tigard, OR location. Not listed here about March the leaders there changed to a bad attitude to me. Dont even know what I had which, which was nothing This is a case of 2 of them got raise in position then shutup to me Tried raising concern to main branch no correction Seems to be a personality change. So as result started moving most of my business To a different bank. Never got grief there. Its not Wells Fargo This has become a point of disrespect Ive had it. NOt a good way to treat customers. How you lose money

I came to this Wells Fargo location to check out a nightly deposit key while having all the proper documentation to do so, but banking manager refused and added additional steps that I shouldn't have to do in the first place, I've done this before for other corporate accounts I oversee. I wasn't impressed with the lack of professionalism at this Wells Fargo branch, I have requested my corporate team to move our Portland accounts to a different bank in the future.

Javier de la Cerda it is the worst manager and human being I’ve ever met, I went there minutes before a winter storm started and I had my Id and a picture of my social and he made me go back home with a winter storm about to hit to grab my physical social because he wouldn’t accept a picture of it even though he only needed the number from my social, not only that he doesn’t know how to deal with people, his attitude was the worst part of it, he doesn’t know what giving a good customer service means, he is not ugly just because of the way that he looks but because of what he has inside.

Came in to add someone to my joint account and they said we couldn’t be helped. There was literally 4-5 people just standing around talking. I’m usually very patient and understanding but it was so slow in the bank. We are busy with work and such and this was the one day we were free. Washington square Wells Fargo was way nicer and helpful. This location is a joke sadly.

Customer service was super rude and not helpful at all. Wells Fargo banking is not the way to go! I'd advise people to switch before more fraud comes along with this company.

Rude teller at the window. Insists on organizing bills for storage while I wait rather than finish the deposit and do it after I've left. Had done this Everytime I come here (and the only teller that does.) When I ask if I can leave she snaps at me that it's not processed yet (although she said it matched my count.)Never friendly or says goodbye

HORRIBLE experience here at this 11760 SW Hall blvd location last week. I pulled up to the drive-thru to withdraw money from my checking account that was recently deposited as cash. ASHLEY JOHNSON (service manager) gave me a hard time while provided nothing but nonsense excuses/explanations. I was told to wait outside in the parking lot until she called me cell phone to come in and retrieve my withdrawal. Over 1hr 30mins later, she said I couldn’t get my own money because she “couldn’t verify the amounts.” She held my debit card and license inside the branch for over a hour for nothing. I was stern but respectful the whole time, but she then told me I’d be getting a call from corporate which baffled me. As soon as I left I called Wells Fargo customer service where a very helpful associate was shocked at what happened to me. She promised that Ashely Johnson was out of line and had no reason to deny me my own money! I told her I believed it had something to do with my appearance, I believe I was unfairly prejudged. The customer service associate even called another branch to set up the withdrawal for me so all I had to do was pull up and provide my credentials to get my money. I elected for the associate to contact and report Ashley to the higher ups and I hope she gets disciplined for her actions. I will NEVER go to that branch again and I just hope that one lady doesn’t represent the entire Wells Fargo company.

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years now. I routinely need to go to multiple different banks for my business and so I get to see how others were doing before and after this crisis. This branch has always been a pleasant experience and even now with all the Covid 19 concerns they go out of there way to provide good service. All the staff including Issac, Abigail, the service manager Ashley and the branch manager have been exceptional.
