The tellers are extremely nice. Some of the best I ever meet are at Wells Fargo. But the guard was very odd. He sits to your left as you enter the main entrance. He yelled hello at me when I went in. Not a friendly hello nor with a smile, but obviously an aggressive and hostile one. When people say hello to you they tend to smile or ask you how your day is right? Thats what the tellers did, he did not.
I had pulled a check out of my pocket and perhaps he thought I pulled a weapon. Because he said nothing after I turned to say hi back (with a smile too). I would imagine he assumed I was going to rob the place since I’m a young man of color. But I had no robber attire on like a mask 😂. As I was leaving, he was playing on his phone. Might need better guards, or keep him if you’re looking for what you’re paying for hahaha

Scheduled an appointment with the Banker AKAZIE for my day off as I’m usually pretty busy at work. She greeted me at the entrance and walked me through the process of opening a new checking account on top of the ones I already had. She was very clear and explained everything so well. My girlfriend and I couldn’t have been happier with her service. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

I stopped by this location to get a one page document notarized (5-10 min job at max). No one greeted me at the door. There was one bank teller working and two talking to each other and laughing. I stood in line for about 5 minutes as the only customer in line. I finally get to the one teller working with the public and asked him about the notary and that's when I realized the two men that were talking in the office area were employees and were not having a client/customer transaction. Had there actually been a customer in the bank, I would not be writing this review, but, instead of helping me they decided to ask me to come back at a later time to ensure the client they had scheduled, but had failed to show up (already late), could be helped. Anyway, in the amount of time I stood there I could have easily had my document notarized and been out the door without impeding any other customers. I've never had such poor service at a Wells Fargo. I will not be utilizing this location in the future. I am very disappointed in their "quality" of service (or lack there of).

This bank branch is super awesome!!!!! And I have been to others and it doesn't not compare. The manager " Paul Pistey " very polite, and understanding (of my kids). He knew what should be done and got it handle fast in a timely manner. Anyone that needs help I have enclosed a photos do you can get help from him.

Lyndsay is the best banker I have ever met. She was helpful, kind and so caring! It is rare talent to leave such impression on somebody over a short meeting I would think. This branch is lucky to have her. Thank you Lyndsay for helping me order a new card - my friends would thank you!! Haha

I definitely want to write good review on this specific bank by Washington Square mall in tigard. I really like the attitude of everyone that work here. All the time they nice, kind and most important they are helpful! They help you with all your needs and on top of it they give you solutions for everything, Think of that you go to the bank and you go out from there happy but really happy. I really like the options they give and teach me how to do everything easier for my self. Thank for everyone that work over here. And thank to the manger Gabi!!!!

If you're looking for a bank, I highly recommend Wellsfargo. They have the best team and best customer service. Professionally trained and very informative. Washington Square branch is a great place to stop by for service. I received great service from Daniel and Mr.Niedermeyer. Thank you Wellsfargo and most of all thank you to your employees!
