I came here for propane because they have a whole cage outside of propane tanks, but the cashier said "oh sorry no propane here". I think that they're just too lazy to go outside and grab it for you or understaffed. This is sad and they should just take away the propane tanks outside of the store if they do not want to service their customers.

The pharmacy in this Rite Aid is phenomenal. Kind, caring, and thorough, I feel more confident at this pharmacy than my doctor's office! Kathy is a very, very gifted pharmacist.

I have yet to have a poor experience at Rite Aid. The employees are always friendly and always answer my questions. I only purchase rX at Rite Aid since the pharmacists there actually CARE a great deal about the patient and doing what is right. I came here after a VERY stressful period when my 6 year old daughter got 2nd degree burns on her legs and we ran out of the saline solution the hospital provided. There was nothing that was PLAIN saline solution at the pharmacy or on the shelves and I was concerned. I didn't want to inflict more pain on her and I don't know the FIRST thing about any of these ingredients. When I went to ask the Pharmacist, they finished with the patient they were working with and came to look at the bottles available of a solution like this and read all of the ingredients and picked one for me. I was panicked initially and had texted a doctor friend, who confirmed exactly what the pharmacist suggested. I felt like the staff here went above and beyond my expectations to help me. I also felt so much better as a mom, knowing that I wouldn't be hurting my daughter any further. I also felt like not every pharmacy would do something like this for a customer. THANK YOU RITE AID. I've also shopped here for some AMAZING after season deals. Everytime I come into the store the staff is friendly and I've had no issues. I really appreciate it!

Outstanding service, curtious, caring. helpful & have your prescription ready. Steve is caring & helps to correct issues if there is problem . Stay away from Walgreens.
