They of course make beautiful bags and other products, but I'm writing here to express how impressed I am with their warranty support. I acquired a bag 10-12 years ago and recently had a warranty issue. I took the bag to the Bridgeport location, not necessarily expecting them to make good on the lifetime warranty. Long story short, they stood behind their warranty and took care of me. Special kudos to Violet in their warranty department for great communication throughout the process and ensuring the final solution was acceptable to me. 5 stars all day.

This place is a scam. They say all there leather belts are full grain leather but when you read them it say genuine leather. This place has no idea what it's selling you.

If you like a great experience and world class products got to Will Leather. When you buy from Will, you get a great instore experience and heirloom quality. Brought my bag in for some conditioning and it came back better than new. Keep it up! NW 23rd.

My son and I went to Will Leather Goods today. Kirstie helped us and she was amazing. She is a true fan of the company she works for… taking time to answer all our questions. She also treated the leather on the purse I bought and the wallet my sone had purchased months ago. I am a fan! Quality and customer service was 5/5.

Gifted my husband a wallet from this store and our entire experience has been amazing. Both Kirstie and Karen are very friendly and went above and beyond, even offering to emboss his initials inside the wallet as complimentary! Will come back for sure if we are ever back in Oregon!

I own two belts, a briefcase, a backpack, a wallet, and a small pouch I use to hold my airpods, maybe another thing or two I can't remember. I use this stuff daily. I love the quality of these products. I have a bunch of LV and Coach bags and wallets that don't get use anymore. Very good quality compared to bigger brand stuff, especially LV and Prada. In response to the customers that have had bad service from a couple of employees: that sucks and I'm sorry to hear. I've been lucky so far and only had top notch help!

Will Leather Goods is an upscale, high-quality leather bag company. The store is designed to have a beautiful rustic appearance. The store manager, Sarah is very knowledgeable and very friendly. This is not your "nock-off" leather bag retailer. It is the real deal. We have a number of Will bags, and I say they are amazing. Hand-made and very high quality. However, they are very expensive. But you will not be disappointed as they offer a lifetime warranty.

I purchased a wallet from Will Leather years ago and it provided the functional value I needed in a wallet in the beautiful form it was made in. I also had it monogrammed at the shop which was a nice touch every time I opened the wallet (which was thousands of times). I originally purchased the wallet at the store in NW Portland which is now closed.
Tonight I went into the Bridgeport shop to purchase a new wallet. My wife and I enjoyed talking to Kirstie who was very helpful and provided great service. I have yet to have a negative experience at Will Leather and so far their products have served me well!

I had an insane experience trying to return a belt at the Bridgeport, Oregon store within less than a year of purchase. I was unlucky enough to have Sam helping me. I walked in, begin explaining politely that I had received this ~$180 belt for Christmas from my girlfriend's parent and that it was falling apart because:
- A loop had fallen clean off
- 2x screws that hold a leather flap in place had fallen out
- The metal part was doing something it clearly shouldn't be doing
All over the store there are signs that say 'Lifetime Warranty' and 'Guaranteed for Life'.
Instead of saying 'let me help you with that... we'll figure that out...' or normal things that you say when you are serving a customer that is wanting to switch out a defective product that they were sold that is supposed to be 'guaranteed for life' he is on the defensive straight away. I said I don't have the receipt, but they've gifts here for Christmas for years... their name is XYZ... he found their name... they have spent 100's of dollars the past couple of years on gifts for their family.
We had switched out the first belt I was gifted in store because it was too small - somehow in the switch, they had logged that they sold a size 38 - the belt they actually sold was a size 40 - everything else was the same. It was a record keeping issue on their end - not our end...
Sam said "I don't even know that this is the same belt".... "it's a very well worn belt"... "You need to come back on Tuesday"... I explained I had driven for an hour, that I work all week long, that I couldn't come back next Sunday and that I just wanted to exchange the belt - that he could speak directly with my girlfriend's dad... check credit card receipts... whatever he needed to do...
Sam then said that "I need to stop speaking back to him" and then, "will you stop talking'. I said 'why don't you call the manager since I've come all this way?' He really then hated that and threw the belt in my hands and told me to leave the store. Really crazy situation - easily the worst retail experience I've ever had - I've never cared enough to leave a review but this is just criminal.
As I was leaving the store, I said to someone looking at a bag 'I would be careful - they don't actually honor their warranty' and then Sam went ballistic and starting screaming some inaudible things... I put the belt in the trash and that was that... Sam should probably find a new job that doesn't involve human interactions and working with people. Needless to say, don't buy anything here because it will likely fall apart, and then likely won't do a damn thing about it...

I would leave zero stars if possible. They told us while they advertise a lifetime warranty it is not something they honor nor is it true. They then proceeded to tell us to please leave the store when we were questioning this as we purchased a belt in the store in December and it is falling apart. We have never experienced such terrible customer service nor have I ever been asked to leave a store. Quality isn’t worth the price.
