“We took our car in because of a strange noise that was happening for a year, but would only occur under very specific conditions. They were willing to try and match the specificities but couldn’t get it to produce the noise. They got it on the lift and immediately identified the issue... A large chunk of deer hide caught in the (now busted) plastic evap cover. That would explain the smell, too! Took care of it for us and quickly replaced the bolts on the exhaust pipe that the deer had sheared off when it was ran over (it was already dead when I ran over it!?♀️) We discussed another vehicle issue with them and they were honest and transparent about what it would take. I won’t get into those details but the honesty she showed during that conversation was enough to seal the deal that this is the place we would return to and recommend! They aren’t trying to shake people down for exorbitant repair costs. They seem like truly caring and knowledgeable people. Thankful for the great experience!”

Tillamook Ford does a great job keeping my 2018 Fusion Sport in top condition, and they’re less expensive than Jiffy Lube and the local repair shops. Add Ford original equipment parts and factory certified personnel to the equation and you have a sure winner.”
