They have never hesitated to offer me help, and have, honestly, seemed to enjoyed helping my find my parts and/or help me solve any problems I'm having my my trucks.The reason they, this being O'Reilly as a whole, lost a star is because 3 times that I've ordered parts, I've gotten used, damaged return parts. This wasn't the stores fault at all, and they took the returns back without question. This is the warehouse in Portland.So if you order parts, try and check them in the store. But know that the staff will gladly help you sort any mistakes made and they will take care of you.”
