“My Z Flip 4 got the black screen of death & was unusable. In desperation, I went to Tillamook Electronics to see if they could help. Even though phones are not their normal venue, both Val & Jesse dropped everything to try to fix it. Jesse essentially jump started the phone & my screen came back. Being an issue with the hinge, I am not able to flip it, however, I am able to retrieve the info stored & can transfer to a new phone. They refused to charge me which was very kind. With their amazing inventory, I found several items I needed & have been back twice for more.”
