I have been going to Jen’s for well over 10 years and have never had any issues of any kind. I love their fast and efficient service and the fact that they always get me in at the day and time I’m hoping for which is almost always, last minute. In this time, I’ve never lost a nail and these photos below are excellent proof. Yes, they look terrible but this is 7 WEEKS after a fill. Usually, I’m able to make time for a fill around week 5. While several have lifted, they’re still attached, even if what feels like being by a thread but they won’t come off; trust me, I’ve tried. I’m no desk princess. I use my hands! Refinishing and restoring furniture means chemicals…lots of them. I’m terrible about wearing gloves. I regularly jam and twist my nails. I dig screws out with them instead of using a screwdriver at times. I hand sand countless pieces of furniture. Frankly I have no business having nails in my line of work but why not! Dan and Tam are amazing and do great work and I’m grateful for their efficient service. If you want nails that will last, I highly recommend Jen’s Nail. PS - Today is fill day 😂

I received absolutely my worst pedicure ever from Jen’s in Tillamook. My appointment was at 1:30 for an acrylic pedicure and I was in my car by 2:15.
By 5pm I was back in the salon because 2 nails had popped off, while reading. The redone was awful as well. The acrylic was unnecessarily thick and at an odd angle… Within 12 hours of my appointment 3 more toes had popped off.
I’ve been in contact with the owner. The response the business replied with is unfortunately disingenuous. They have absurdly expressed that my nails failing is 100 percent my problem. This is NOT a SAFE business to receive services at.
Lastly, a complaint was filed and there is an active case open with the Oregon Department of Health regarding the extreme safety issues happening at this place of business.

I have never had such a horrible experience during my visits here. I have experienced minor things like not doing as I request but I ignore it and still continued to come back, but today was the worst. I walked into the salon like 4 minutes late for my appointment because I got a work call while pulling into the parking lot, I could feel the tension inside the salon because I was late. Normally it takes approximately 45 mins or so at least to do my fill but the lady was in such a rush I believe it only took about 20 minutes to do my fill and paint them. She did not take her time or remain patient, resulting in my nails not looking the greatest when I left. After spending money to get my nails filled, I am now having to go home and use my gel polish to fix them and make them look nice. I am extremely disappointed and overall hurt but the customer service I received today. I typically go to star nails in Salem because all the nail techs there are absolutely sweet and amazing and always do as you want no matter what, but sometimes when my schedule is busy, Jen’s nails was my go to place but after today, I will never be a customer at Jen’s nails again which is also very saddening. But this experience will never be forgiven or forgotten.
The pictures don’t show in depth detail but there’s spots that don’t have polish like the tips and on the sides, dents on the body of my nail, areas that weren’t covered with top coat, and polish on my skin around the nail that wasn’t cleaned up.
And for the record, there were a couple nail techs and not many customers, if they were slammed busy, I probably would’ve been a little bit more understanding but this was simply a rushed job like it didn’t matter that I was paying decent money for this, she just didn’t want to take her time to make them look nice and was also rude to me, causing me to feel very uncomfortable.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed, and this was the result..first couple pictures were taken 4/1, last picture is how it's scabbed 4/4. Mind you this cost $35

I felt like as a male getting a foot scrub and having my nails clipped was a disrespectful to me because most customers were female.

Looks great! Very comfortable process didn’t hurt my hands or nail beds at all. (Which I’ve had happen elsewhere) very friendly and comfortable environment.

Well unfortunately the worst pedicure I've ever had...in every respect. Overpriced and very not worth it. I think they're open because of an absolute lack of competition in Tillamook...which allows for an extremely low standard while overcharging. I will gladly drive to Beaverton or Lincoln City before I'd patronize this business again. It was a 20 minute pedicure in which he criticized me for not having my own nail file and argued about cleaning up the skin around nails...I guess a $40 pedicure here doesn't include what it normally would anywhere else. On top of being horribly disappointed in the service and the way I was treated - their spade needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

I’ve been getting my nails done for a lonnnnnggggg time. So when I recommend a nail place I’m not kidding. I waited 3 weeks to get a fill & my acrylics stayed on… & they were cute. I recommend Jen’s nails

I really wanted to love this place as I’m looking for someone local. Jen is very talented and did a great job on my nails. However, someone else filed my nails by just roughing up the polish I had on. She took a new file and ran it right across my cuticle. I wondered if she was licensed. Don’t expect to get undivided attention. They moved to the next customer while I was under the lamp and I had to put my own oil on. Which I wasn’t thrilled with as the overall cleanliness just isn’t what I’m used to. I meekly grabbed the soiled bottle out of the dirty basket and did it myself. The color samples were a mess and they didn’t have a lot of colors I liked. I will say again, Jen did a good job. I just wish it was better organized and cleaner.

DO NOT GO HERE ! Worst experience I have ever had at any service job. Waited 15 minutes just to pick a color. The prices are different on website than in store, at least $15 upcharge. Prices were not clear on board, and were not explained at all. But worst of all was service! Staff was cold and expected u to do ur own nails! Cuticles were not pushed out and nails were not taken care of, then switched to someone else and only
Got super thin layers and passive aggressive remarks. Only got two coats of color and nails are translucent and feel like they will fall off immeaditly!! Staff would not speak and left while doing nails and was screaming instructions for me to finish my nails. I’d expect for paying $70 to at least get my nails completed and have someone put oil on my nails and not leave them crusty! Save the money and buy fakes for $60 less and would have same result!

Hands down the worst nail experience I’ve had. Rude staff, overpriced, and my nails look terrible.
I would have stayed and asked them to remove the gel they put on if I wasn’t desperate to get out there. The staff acted like they resented us being there and couldn’t get us out fast enough. One staff member spent the hour we were in there detailing her infection for all to hear.
The nail work (I got gel polish) was just bad. Didn’t cover the whole nail, unevenly distributed, and transparent.
Don’t waste your money.

Easy to get an appointment. Gal was very quick and I liked my color. Prices for a fill I thought were high. $50 for gel when the sign said $40 but I would go again.
