Second time I've gone in, everyone is always really nice and helpful. Every item I inquired about was presented in a very knowledgeable way. If requesting suggestions they always ask purpose and give various options along with details of each item. Prices are extremely fair, wide selection of accessories and always leave what you need and a "thank you".

Dude working was awesome, but the flower we bought smelled a bit old and was dry after we examined it later. So moral of the story, check dates before buying! Otherwise, HUGE variety and great service. Highly recommend! Also had some amazing Special K pieces for sale!!

Don't ever go here. I should give one star, but I give grace to the "new employee". Manager on duty? Uh, how about this response to a request for 28g of flower. "oh, that strain? We sell that in 8ths. So you have to buy 8 jars of 1/8 amounts in order to equal 28g. You have to leave here with 8 JARS of the same flower because we the NECTAR cannot take care of the customer and consolidate the flower into one container. How does NECTAR define WASTE? HOW ABOUT WASTE OF JARS ON A CUSTOMER? First example. Next, WASTE my time. I am intimately knowledgeable about the OMMP program for over a decade, on a personal level, it took close to 20 minutes just to check me in, by verifying who I was, then fixing the errors that previous employees made when they entered my data the first time. Almost 20 minutes. Chalk it up to the horrible training management must be providing to the employees. NECTAR, did you know my time is worth $250/hr? How about my drive time value? Next, When I see a sign out front that is obviously represented by the "red square" (yes, please think this first when you ever see NECTAR, "red square deals"....) And the sign has $49 28g specials, you would think that price would be including tax. Or at least if you think NECTAR wont lie to you, by choosing to include words like (*price for OMMP patients only) or (*not including tax). Maybe to demonstrate NECTARs understanding of "accurate, not false, advertising". They didn't. Again I guess chalk that up to the "good business" NECTAR will try to convince you they are because they are non-knowledgeable about that type of business practice. Get that "hook" into the potential customer, NECTAR. Might as well use this review to make changes (that is called quality control for free, typical business practice in America, cause NECTAR doesn't already know about "accurate advertising"?) When I purchased the flower, it was all pre-packaged, I could not look at it or smell it, when I did open it I wasn't surprised, because of the service I had already experienced. All done and told, 4.6 grams of PURE STEMS. The product was low quality, and contained seeds, and was not cured or dried properly. Never again will I do business with NECTAR. False advertising, an extreme lack of desire to satisfy the customer by not wasting glass jars on them when they politely request that simple and valid request of product consolidation, poor communication between employees costing the customers time, poor product that cannot be verified as good quality prior to purchase by the customer, and just a poor attitude by employees, especially management. The lady who managed, should not be in that position, except for maybe at NECTAR, as this business shows its standards are low enough for that type of hiring practice. All valid and accurate reasons for NEVER doing business with NECTAR.

Love love love this store!! They are always super friendly and will answer even the silliest question from me without batting an eye.?Have never had a bad experience at all and have always left with the exact right product I was looking for. Keep it up Nectar Tillamook!!
