A very knowledgeable, and friendly crew! They have never hesitated to offer me help, and have, honestly, seemed to enjoyed helping my find my parts and/or help me solve any problems I'm having my my trucks.The reason they, this being O'Reilly as a whole, lost a star is because 3 times that I've ordered parts, I've gotten used, damaged return parts. This wasn't the stores fault at all, and they took the returns back without question. This is the warehouse in Portland.So if you order parts, try and check them in the store. But know that the staff will gladly help you sort any mistakes made and they will take care of you.

Customer service is great. Yet they don't stock much of anything. I have come here for belts, an alternator, a pigtail, and a turn signal bulb. They didn't have any of them. It's always we can order it....

Very helpful. They checked my alternator and saw that I needed a new one. Charged my battery so I at least could get home.

My car broke down at about 6:45am as I came into Tillamook on a Saturday. TANNER opened the front door at 7:30 promptly and proceeded to get the code off my car for a cylinder misfire. TANNER sold me a new spark plug and loaned me the tools to replace the spark plug. However, this didn't work. For the 2nd repair idea, I tried to buy spark plug wires, but they could not be located in the store. Tanner suggested Napa Davidson at the south end of town and they had the wires that I needed- which fixed the problem. While I was in the parking lot trying to make my repairs, I noticed Tanner helping a couple of other folks in the parking lot who were in need of some assistance for their cars. I don't go to an auto parts store very often, but when I do, it's because I NEED some help. This place gets a 5-star rating because of Tanner's willings to help me and others.

Vicki is amazing. Customer service always on point, accurate and she is always willing to find just the right parts even if I don't have the right descriptions. Its the ONLY place I go, if I have the choice.

Very knowledgeable, respectful, and passionate staff. They go up and beyond their duty to help you resolve your automotive situation. If they don’t have your part in stock they know where to point you in the right direction to find your part. Best service these side of the Mississippi!

I have it in my head when I call OReilys I get put on hold forever and forgotten about. I'm fact that happened with the Seaside store before I called here. Contrary to my experience at the Seaside store a friendly person answered and found my parts in stock in 5 minutes. I drove over and picked them up. It has also been my experience that the service at Oreilys isn't professional. In California recently I store alone at the counter while 6 employees chopped it up together, smiling, laughing, and not working. I did see a little of that here but not too much. I was helped in about a minute or 2 by the 3rd person to see me. This works. Good job to the kids working there... they are all on the younger side. I appreciate the good service. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, cashiers on the cell phone not helping or even acknowledging that I’m there. Personal conversations with each other. During checkout again scrolling thru cell phone, no thank you.
