Absolutely love this place. I’ve worked with many associates over the years, but just recently worked with Ashley. She was so accommodating and helped me remotely purchase a new refrigerator. She went above and beyond to locate a good deal and to schedule delivery in between my Airbnb guests at my rental. Highly recommend Ashley and Robys!!

I purchased a mattress and reclining sofa from Roby's. They were so pleasant and helpful to work with on the customer service side.
Devin and Adam delivered both items and went above and beyond in helping get old mattress out and were very kind and helpful in getting sofa set up and explaining all the functions. Applause to both of them. My whole experience has now made me a forever Roby's customer.

We were very impressed with the quality and professionalism and thoughtfulness of Dustin and Ed, inc the care in bringing materials into our home and removing the old appliances and work related debris from our home. Ed joined Dustin on day one, and Dustin completed the work on day two. We highly recommend this company and encourage those interested in the purchase, delivery, and installation to consider this company too. Dustin went above and beyond in his work. Thanks to him and to Ed. They represent Roby’s very well.

Dustin, the installer was great. Super fast, explained literally it felt like every detail. Sales was great, so easy. And I ordered something that wasn’t in stock and it came way ahead of time. Loved every part of the experience so far. Hopefully this dishwasher lasts longer than two weeks, I’ll never buy LG again, so glad I had Roby’s to sell me something quality this time.

My Maytag dryer circa 1983 was a tank, a real fighter. I'd had it fixed twice already since taking ownership eight years ago, finding used parts on ebay. But last week it dried its last load. It was time to say good bye. Fortunately Daniel and the team at Roby's came to the rescue with a new Maytag at a great price. They had it on a truck and delivered in days. Thank you Daniel! I'll definitely be back!

If you live within 50 miles of Roby’s in Tillamook, you found the best place to purchase your appliances and furniture in the entire county. We’ve been privileged to have them work with us for over 20 years. They are the best! And a personal thank you to Lorna, our nominee for Roby’s employee of the year!

Customer service was fabulous! Sales associate (Ashley I.) was so helpful and patient. If she didn’t know the answers, she found them out for us. When we were undecided she gave us our space to talk. Kind and sweet! Thank you Ashley and thank you Roby’s.
