“Super friendly folks to deal with. Fenced and gated. I felt that my stuff was safe within the confines of the storage area. Access limiting gates which is great for keeping out the riffraff in the middle of the night. Thank you guys for storing my stuff for three months.”

This was the first time we had ever rented storage, so we looked around. Frankly, we were not satisfied with most of what we saw -- until we happened on South Prairie Storage. Place was immaculate (new), accessible and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They had a climate controlled unit that fit our needs at a very fair rate. We had the unit for six months or so, and when it came time to end our agreement, that went just as smoothly as renting it originally. Quick response, quick refund of deposit and kindness. We HIGHLY recommend South Prairie Storage and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.”

“Our storage unit rollup door broke. I am so impressed and pleased with how quickly Linda and Herb got things taken care of. When Linda found out about our time constraints, she jumped on it and got everything scheduled and repaired within a single day...I can't stress how grateful we are. We have been nothing but pleased with Linda, Herb and Port Storage.
I would also like to add a comment on the maintenance as a whole at Port Storage. We have been at Port Storage for approximately 8 years. During that time we have seen maintenance practices rise and fall to differing degrees. But with Linda and Herb we have notice a remarkable improvement in the general upkeep. Things are clean, weed free, web free, and just plain tidy. When we are here we always see Herb out working. All of this attention to appearance and care is very much appreciated. Linda and Herb...thank you both so very much!! We have noticed! ?”
