My husband just had the worst experience here ever!!! The first employee was short with him, and told him to come back in an hour, mind you he drove an hour to get there.. so he waited with our 2 yr old all to come back and have another employee try to help him, but the guy seemed to be so high that he could barely speak or even keep his eyes open. All my husband wanted to do was get an upgraded device that we were eligible for and this guy was like 1000 out the door.. wow tmobile

They are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They are very busy and lose business because people leave when they have to wait so long to be waited on. Even though they are busy they still take the time they need to finish all the details with the customer they are with. Gabe was our salesman and he did an awesome job for us!

Ordered a new phone that came broken, store couldn't help because I got it online. Spent a half hour with customer service to wait a week for a replacement phone to be shipped to that store. Phones there today but the stores systems are down so I have to go back tomorrow. All the employees i dealt with while they were all nice the customer service is non-existent I still had to pay the activation fee, wasted hours of my time and I still don't have my new phone :(

I don't write reviews, but can't not say thank you today. Thank you for all your help earlier this week and today Robin and Zach. You both went above an beyond to help me. We didn't get it sorted out, not your fault. You made all the calls so that I didn't get caught in the cycle of circular nonsense that you navigated to try to help me do what the letter said I could do.T-Mobile reviewed POA's for my parents and added me to the account. That is useless and I can't do anything. The letter/email I have says, 'you will be able to ... make changes just as the account holder'. Nope, not true.I can suspend a number, that's all. Maybe my other option is cancel all together.Robin and Zach are true professionals doing great work.

Too soon to rate as they don’t necessarily have the phone you want for sale in the store. Not even the newest iPhone. It’s on back order. I don’t know how long it will take to actually receive my new phone. If it comes soon I’ll give this store a good rating. It’s a nice place and the person who helped me was great.
