I’ve been in nicer gas station bathrooms. Like gas station bathrooms I’d rather sleep in. Room was kind of dirty. Bed seemed clean at least. Pictures are inaccurate. Bathroom was gross and falling apart, looks like they tried to cover up mold with a 2 x 4 in here. Shower bar was holding on by a thread and there were random nails pounded into the walls. Shower only gives cold water and it floods the bathroom due to the broken shower bar. Beds were uncomfortable. Dead bugs were stuck to the walls. Seemed dated AT BEST. With paper thin walls (could hear our neighboring room scrolling through TikTok as if they were in the room with us). I’m like 90% sure I got exposed to some kind of dangerous mold while here. Check the reviews. There’s been nothing positive in over 6 months. Don’t stay here
Big pro? I think? I’m pretty sure it didn’t have bed bugs…. Yeah. And I’m not even 100% sure on that. That’s all I’ve got.

No light when you walk in, I guess it is burned out. Really nasty around the tub on the floor. Very noisy people up stairs, moving furniture and water running is loud in our room. Other than that, room is pretty clean, great view. Outside sitting area with good oceanview.

Beds were comfortable, but all bedding had stains on it. Kitchen table had super sticky varnish on it that didn’t get better after washing it, and there was food stuck between the boards. The kitchen had super random cutlery and dishes, mismatched sets, chipped dishes, no baking sheet for the oven, no large pot to boil pasta, the pot lid didn’t match the pot size, only one frying pan etc. Shower had mold around the bottom edge, but that is usually expected of beach hotels. Decent water pressure in shower, and water throughout got hot super quick, which was nice! Excellent location, staff was fantastic, we will probably be back, but we will bring our own kitchen stuff. You can see the ocean from the hotel, and there’s a path straight down to the beach, merely feet away. Parking is kind of limited. All windows open for fresh air, but only half had screens on them

The check-in experience set the tone for our stay. The receptionist wasn’t outright rude, but came across as unprofessional and short with us, which wasn’t the welcome we expected. Unfortunately, the room itself was much worse. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our socks turned black after walking around. Dust, rust, and broken fixtures were visible on the walls, dirt was built up in the corners, and there was noticeable mildew in the bathroom along with mold on some of the fixtures. The ceiling had a raw textured finish that had never been painted over, making the room feel unfinished and neglected.
On top of that, the walls were paper-thin — we could clearly hear other guests, making it hard to relax. The towels provided were tiny, thin, and more like gym rags than proper hotel towels. The mattress was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on — hard, lumpy, and impossible to get a good night’s rest.
Even the amenities outside the room were disappointing. The stairs to the beach were broken down and in disrepair, making access unsafe, and the parking provided was inadequate for the number of guests staying there.
Overall, this was one of the poorest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. With proper cleaning, maintenance, and attention to guest comfort, it could improve, but as it stands, I would not recommend staying here.
We left very early the morning after we arrived.

Decent place but:
1. Not right on beach and NO beach access for elders or handicapped
2. Very bare minimum interior, no closets or dressers, kitchen bare boned in implements, cups etc.
3. Cleaning crew needs more attention to detail

Breaker tripped twice because they use space heaters for heat. So we woke up cold both nights. The dvd player didn’t work and most of their dvd’s are missing from their boxes anyway. There is an exposed wire in the wall. Rooms are outdated and not very clean but there is a stunning view.

Do not stay here, I’m pretty sure our room was not cleaned prior to us moving in to the room. Management has decided not to do anything about it and will not respond to me. Their prices are way too high for what you get.
We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. When we walked in we noticed dirt footprints on the floor, the living room table hadn't been wiped down, there were spit splashes on the mirror in the bathroom, black hairs on most of the linens, red juice spilled in the fridge and the shower drained very slow. What really got us was the URINE stained mattress that our kids had to sleep on, but they hardly slept because the mattress was so thin when you lay on it you can feel the springs.

Property is rundown and basically in deteriorating condition. Dingy, rusty and sticky. View is the only good thing about the property and walking distance to the beach. The office was closed when it was time for checkin. I had to wait for 10 mins before someone showed up. Only amenities that it has was ice machine which was out of order. Their peak summer rates are like those of Mariott and Hilton but service and property is worse than even a basic Motel 6 or Super 8. They charged 250 a night and gave wifi password on piece of paper. No locks from inside the room as the door locks from outside. The entire room has two sockets to plugin which were unsafe. Patio was rusty, chair were old and roof was leaky. Bed were back breaker and walls are paper thin so much so that folks over at the next room were having 'night activity' and that basically kept banging the bed against their wall which got us up. I had to literally bang on the wall to make them stop. We actually booked for two nights but could barely spend a night there. We left early on second day. This place is Netarts and not Tilamook. There are no conveniences near by. Nearby restaurant is atleast 20 mins from the place. They dint even had bottle of water in the room. It almost seems like they dont care about customers at all since, its summer and people want to be close to water. Rates are insane for maybe a one star motel.

Don’t stay here! The rooms do not look like any of the pictures posted online! It’s a flat out lie! $240 for a single night in a run down room that should be condemned. Dirty is an understatement. We didn’t even have a shower curtain! Evidence of bed bugs! It’s a real shame because the view is great but don’t do it! Sleep in your car before you sleep here! Total rip off!

We had a cottage with two rooms & a kitchen area. The stove was very dirty. We were afraid to use the oven because it was so bad. I was not impressed & we will not be staying there again.

Room was dirty, mold by the tub, and a decent whole in the blinds that would make it easy for someone to spy on us in bed.

Room number 9 has a beautiful view and our beds were very comfortable... But the screen door was broken, the TV was broken, the ice machine was broken and the patio furniture was rusted out. Management quickly replaced the TV and we appreciated that but never got it working. For $250 a night, we expected more.

DONT STAY!!! Please look at the reviews. DONT TRUST THE PICTURES!! The pictures were edited or something. We thought the overall rating seemed fine at first, and there weren’t a lot of options to pick from. We knew it wasn’t going to be amazing, but didn’t expect this horror show. The view is beautiful, and has access to the beach which is the ONLY nice thing to say about it. Our room which was facing the beach was sooo sketchy. We felt like we were staying at the Bates Motel. The screen on the window was cut open. The blinds were broken so anyone could see into our room. The floor had white scratch marks all over. The walls were covered in dirt and grime. AC was broken and outdated. The room was so hot and stuffy because of it. The smoke alarm was also disconnected from the wires… The bathroom door had wood splintering off it which could seriously injure someone if not careful. The shower head was way lower than it should’ve been and was not made for anyone above 5’5. There was supposed to be guest wifi, but we weren’t given a password. The worst thing by far was that anyone could open our door if they tried!!! Even when locked, you just needed to push the door open to get in. Oh also there were bedbugs… Not to mention the box spring is on a really worn down frame and felt like it was gonna break just from sitting on the bed. Need I go on? Long story short, we didn’t even stay the night so we are out of 200~ dollars. Really disappointed in this place. I’d request a refund but from the reviews I’m not sure if they honor those. This review won’t let me post the bad pictures, maybe that’s why it only shows nice pictures of the rooms.
Edit: My claims are accurate, please see the reviews from other customers who have stayed at the inn and have also said similar things. I don’t think everyone here in the comments conspired together to make false statements. I can provide pictures as well. The door certainly can be pushed in when locked and I would happily provide the room number if you would like to give it a try. The room was under my husband’s last name so you will not see it under my name. If there isn’t AC, then why is there an AC unit attached on the wall? Kind of misleading, even if it mentioned no AC on the website. That may have been an error on our part, but I can assure you everything else was concerning enough. Lastly, it was after “office hours” and when we called the number and asked where we could leave our keys, management showed no concern as to why we didn’t want to stay overnight. We told them we decided to not stay due to the conditions of the room, but we will happily explain in thorough detail over the phone. :)

Kim is kind and caring and provided a room that was spotlessly clean and perfect for my needs. Thank you Terimore and Kim- I could not have asked for more!
