I only give this place two stars because the owner allowed us to pay our lot rent in increments as long as we were upfront about the dates. Other than that, this is your warning. The residents there are not the most friendly. In fact, there is a couple, a man on lot 40 (I believe) and one man with a cane that seems to run the show. Our dogs had jerked out of our hands a couple of times and the guy with the cane claimed our dog bit his dog. However, the police were not called, my husband says he did not see it as he was the one walking him, and this man proceeded to call me every name in the book like we were in high school. The owner told us to get better control of our dogs - which we agreed to - and called it “high tempers” when I asked her to let the other residents know that they should not be ganging up on, verbally attacking, nor threatening other residents. Basically, they rule the roost. The lot stank so bad, to the point of giving me headaches. It is definitely NOT big enough for anything over 40’ and most of the trailers have been there for years, to the point of falling apart. We had the worst time getting out of there; could not get out fast enough. The dog area was used to store the goats and we were provided a letter to take our dogs to the park where children should be able to play or kick the ball around without worrying about feces. Your mail is available to anyone as they use open boxes. It looks like they are adding on more spaces but neglecting what is already there. The man who tends to the shrubbery and lawns cannot keep up. In the end, I did not feel safe and I had lived in some really questionable places growing up. I do not recommend staying there - go to Mystic River in the mountains if you can, or anywhere else. We got plenty of knowing looks when we would tell someone where we were staying. This park does not have a good reputation for good reason. We decided to come back home to Texas about 1.5 years early (so thank you to the residents for the push) and have never been better. In fact, all of our dogs have been around many other dogs and not once attacked them. The residents where we are now are friendly, there is a dog walk, and we have our own area that is clearly marked with plenty of space. I will post pictures of the current state as if this month but it does not give the full effect of the state of Tillamook RV. I should have known when we pulled in and my first thought was, “I think we made a mistake.”

The management lady is an absolute control freak. Definitely violated many tenant laws

Awful experience, I was staying with family temporarily and the landlord is a psycho control freak who will scream profanity at kids over small things. The park itself is poorly taken care of. Even tho I was staying as a guest I would strongly recommend staying as far away from here as possible.

I feel bad for the renters at this park... Manigment is kinda clueless and the owner "Rondy" had a bad attitude wile assuming I was a problem just for petting the mistreated goats at the entrance...ill never ever go back even if there's an emergency. Please don't stay there you will have problems...

The park is the worst! It is full of non working RVs so human waste is being added to the COW PASTURE smell you will be forced to breathe daily. The feed barn is a rat magnet for her GOAT HERD she takes over to the dog run daily leaves them there all day. Overflowing dumpsters attract RATS! The roaming chickens lay eggs to rot all over.She threw a bucket full of poison bait blocks into a wetlands (illegal) and all around my RV. After Holes appeared in ground and I showed a neighbor the trail they made to the RV next to me , which was a non working RV no toilet no water!! Just a shell of an old rv and full of holes with his PARROTS birdfeed and garbage the obvious cause of recent rat TUNNELS. That produced instant notices accusing me. The neighbor started cleanup w management helping him. I was harassed for 2 weeks w same letter repeatedly. Throwing my property around so the Sheriff was called. They know her games. They are there often. She owns the property and does not care about the laws. Restraining orders take awhile and are abundant there! It is easier to just move. So as she harassed me 3x a day and destroyed my property on camera. I finally got her to stop trespassing and harassing me easily! She was stopped simply by my nerf super soaker in her face after she reached in my RV window and threw another notice in. I easily got her and her girlfriend to run away like the llittle drowned rats!! Accusations that I BROUGHT all the RATS TO her goat PARK W/O A PET ADDENDUM!!! The Sheriff came by(smiling) to ask for a sample of what was in my water gun. Gave him the sample he left and not another word!!! No tickets issued because she needed that little wake up! Nothing illegal! Do not rent here unless you have cameras installed and a SUPER SOAKER to use! Nothing even the sheriffs can help with. If I could do negative numbers this place DESERVES less than a -5☆'s review. And an inspection by humane society he poor animals. The EPA was notified as was ODFW for Manager illegally distributing 4 GALLON BUCKET FULL poison baits. Thank you to Tillamook sheriffs for all your help. Stay away!!! Every negative review is accurate.

MAY 2022This summer I was supposed to stay here with what used to be a friend of mine. I flew in from New York to catch up with an old friend. I ended up having to make emergency plans to stay elsewhere which even though wasn’t the safest, probably was a lot better than here. I was treated with at most disrespect and was threatened. These people that run this slum are beyond unprofessional. I understand they have rights to do as they please within reason as it so far is their property. When I travel I always check reviews.I had a package delivered to this address that arrived before I got off my flight. The so called friend went through MY package and stole what I worked for. I involved Tillamook police. Why wouldn’t I?Where I come from, you can be killed for name calling or simple disrespect. I won’t be surprised if there are missing bodies buried on this property. These owners have secrets.
