Sure is nice to see US Bank in Tillamook is doing so well they do not need any more customers. We were told we couldn’t open an account and to come back in a week or maybe give it a try online. We would give it “no stars” if possible. It took only 15 minutes for one of their competitors to happily welcome us as a customer.

Nice enough people, but no one there knows how to send a money transfer to Europe. They failed with 3 attempts, made excuses that the problem was on Europe's end, wasted a week during the process, resulting in me nearly missing out on the deal that was struck.

This bank has been so amazing for me after having issues with another local bank. The tellers & the manager are so helpful every time I need assistance, and I could not be happier with my experience as a customer.

Yes, the drive up has been slow at times, but the last three times I've been there - there has been only one or two cars ahead of me or none. Naturally, there are times it will be busier - so if you can pick a different time. I don't know everybody's name, but Katy, Leah and all the ladies have been extremely helpful and patient AND that says a lot considering they are short staffed. Covid has been hard on all and I'm grateful they hung in there to help their customers!

I saw a personal banker by the name of Katie Tohl litter in front of a customer by throwing PERSONAL INFORMATION on the ground out of the ATM machine. THIS IS NOT OKAY! Please stop trashing our town!

Terrible service. Waited over an hour in the drive through. Line was backed up to 101 and only had one lane open. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Seems a bit pathetic that I have to stand in line outside with a bunch of cars for 45min as a padestrian. Wells Fargo is open, you should be too. Get with it.

Holy hell! This bank is the worst! No lobby open. Each drive thru transaction takes roughly 15 minutes with one lane open.. You can see the person disappear for 10 minutes each time! Avoid at all costs!

This is regarding Kayla Seaholm. She is a huge asset to your company. She is the only one who kept in continuous contact with us even on weekends while she was camping. If we would have started the HELOC loan process with Kayla originally I feel positive we would have completed the loan process but the original two loan people didn't communicate and one didn't return my call at crunch time. If we do keep our accounts at US Bank it will only be because of Kayla Seaholm, she is a super star.

Be careful , this bank will not honor post dated checks ....If your pay check is post dated you cant cash it..but if you post date a check they will notify who you wrote the check too..Then they will send that check through rapidly over an over...9-10 times rackin up charges....with this method my account was drain3ed....Just a bunch of thieves....
