I live in an apartment with boxes for A building and B building on Monday USPS put my mail in A 000 not in B 000 the person that got my mail from SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE gave to manager she put it back in out going mail Tuesday A 000 received it again manager this time wrote B ooo on the envelope Large letters black pen and put it in the out going mail on Wednesday USPS put it in A 000 when person from A 000 gave to manager she gave me my mail would have given a -10

I called usps 1800 number asked for a tracking number right in the middle of putting it in and the automated system says sorry we didn't get that you must have a tracking number it did this several times so I gave up and called the Tillamook post office witch is where it's sopose to be at. I gave the lady my tracking number and she tells me that it never made it to that post office it went from Portland to Washington witch in the photo you can clearly see it went to Tillamook and for some reason they sent it to Washington when it was where it was sopose to be. I don't understand the B.S. why not be straight up and say what it is. But no instead I get told it never went to Tillamook.? If that's so why does my tracking say that it was in Tillamook,OR.... packages keep disappearing.

It was just like req.post office visit. What I can't figure out is the price of the stamps keep going up but the mail doesn't go faster. Lol

Had a package that was supposed to arrive today and it said it was at the post office this morning. It didn't come in the mail today so I went to check on it and it seems to me the mail delivery people are stealing mail and seeing what's in our packages before delivering it the next day. My package wasn't at the post office nor delivered today so where is my mail?

Stopped by 4:30 pm on a Thursday and a lady was friendly and ready to help me at the counter as soon as I approached.

I try my best to be patient with people knowing the world is understaffed. However they misdelivered my package and said they would deliver it to me. 10 days later I attempted to call the post office to inquire about my packages whereabouts and was ignored. I assumed they were busy and tried again later and was ignored over 5 more times. Do better.

I am super sympathetic with you being understaffed and stretched thin. But I can't accept that roughly half of my packages now are being held at this post office and I have to drive all the way to Tillamook to pick them up. This single star reflects my satisfaction with you as a customer. If/when the situation changes, I'll change my review accordingly.

They've always been good to me. Why 5he hate? Customer service means waiting in line for your turn, so you get the same individual service.

Omg. I have only had a box here 7 months and the service is the worst ever. I am handicapped and they offer no assistance at counter. Sara should be fired for her nasty attitude. My mail was put in wrong box and known felon used my credit card. I am reporting abuse to proper channels.
