I try my best to be patient with people knowing the world is understaffed. However they misdelivered my package and said they would deliver it to me. 10 days later I attempted to call the post office to inquire about my packages whereabouts and was ignored. I assumed they were busy and tried again later and was ignored over 5 more times. Do better.

I am super sympathetic with you being understaffed and stretched thin. But I can't accept that roughly half of my packages now are being held at this post office and I have to drive all the way to Tillamook to pick them up. This single star reflects my satisfaction with you as a customer. If/when the situation changes, I'll change my review accordingly.

They've always been good to me. Why 5he hate? Customer service means waiting in line for your turn, so you get the same individual service.

Omg. I have only had a box here 7 months and the service is the worst ever. I am handicapped and they offer no assistance at counter. Sara should be fired for her nasty attitude. My mail was put in wrong box and known felon used my credit card. I am reporting abuse to proper channels.

I have only been in my apt 11 months and have had 3 issues in the last 4 months with delivery of packages. 2 time I was alerted that my package had been delivered only to go to the box to have no package. Spend a long time on hold waiting for an agent. The agent had no information about the package and no resolution. This last week, I was again alerted to a package delivery to my residence box. I went to collect my package. The carrier left a key for a parcel box. I open the parcel box….which was empty. Called the 800 number again. The took a report and was told I would be contacted with information and a resolution to my lost item. Its now been a week and still have no contact, no additional information, and no resolution. Im still waiting for a refund or my package or anyone from the Tillamook post office to contact me about my missing package. Tillamook is a small place and this level of poor service and deception is completely unacceptable from any business let alone the US government and US mail service. YOU MUST DO BETTER!

Mailed a small item to son in Portland area. Grabbed a box and put item in. Addressed it, then got to window, payed and was done. Very simple & fast.

I love this post office. The clerks are nice and knowledgeable, and the mail carriers are so reliable and efficient. I don't know what I'd do without them.

Everytime I leave instructions to leave a package at my door you dont do it. I dont care what the appartment manager says. Hes not incharged of my package that I bought. And when I do be missing a package the lady wasnt even listening to what I was saying. I showed her a different tracking number and she said that it was the same thing which it wasnt at all!! She didnt even bother to look. I'm so sick of it!! Especially when they send my package to the wrong place!! Horrible!!
