I lost my phone and Dalton was extremely kind and helpful in replacing my phone. He went above and beyond to give me a great experience after a terrible situation.

After losing my phone and considering other service options and little help from the Verizon service center, I was taken care of seemlessly at the store with a smile and very helpful staff. Left with a smile. Dalton's can do attitude and service is a credit to Verizon's oginization. Will be back!
