Thank you Dalton! After losing my phone and considering other service options and little help from the Verizon service center, I was taken care of seemlessly at the store with a smile and very helpful staff. Left with a smile. Dalton's can do attitude and service is a credit to Verizon's oginization. Will be back!

I bought a new phone after my phone was damaged. I also changed internet providors
To Verizon.
Because many of my apps ,that are essential, we're not open due to the damage.
The associate was very instructive in the many areas I an not literate in.

How is it that I can call a local phone number and get stuck on AI for weeks at a time? Not joking. Trying to get my address changed so that I can pay my bill. This is the most ridiculous AI cycling I have ever seen in my life. I have been online with AI and different agents for weeks at a time trying to change my address for the last month

I had a great experience with Mika at the Tillamook store helping me get my iPhone 14 Pro into a new case. It wasn’t until later when I got home that I realized that there was a button in a place where there shouldn’t be a button so I couldn’t use my toggle switch I came back to the store today and Mika was once again extremely helpful and we investigated The box clearly says that this case should’ve worked from my phone and it doesn’t So I had to return it I would like Mike to get credit for all of his hard work helping me Because this problem was created by miss labeling. Thanks for having an Excellent employee like Micah who made the situation good in the end and I hope he gets recognized rather than penalized for the fact that this case is defectively labeled thank you

I had the best experience with the associate Micah! He is patient and understanding. It was a busy morning, and Micah greeted every customer that walked through the door. He has excellent customer service. I am very impressed, Micah managed to multi task and stay composed during the long process working through a problem with my business line. We need more people like Micah in the world! Verizon needs to give this guy a raise in pay!!!! Hint....Best to make an appointment.

The customer before me was getting patient help from Micah that took considerable time to resolve. The customer behind me sounded like he was going to need some considerable time for his situation as well. I was pleasantly surprised that Micah was able to resolve my phone issue quickly after explaining to him the problem, and it did not cost me anything. Competent and courteous service.
