this location is lacking people who have knowledge of thier product.the employees had a lot of, "i don't knows", and "i'm not sure"it made the experience very frustrating and left with nothing solved

I think people need some more patience with this store! When we arrived there was 1 person working and he was doing his best to give everyone attention as well as he could. Even when some one else arrived to help him out they were both still trying to make sure everyone knew they saw them and would be with them soon. Robby was so fun to work with and he got everything done for us and then some!The world is short staffed, have some patience!

If you're looking for great customer service this is not the place if you deal with the manager, I think his name is Robby. My husband and I went in there while traveling through to get help with our phone issue. Ended up he had to call corporate customer service to try to resolve the issue. In the meantime he told us all about himself, including the fact that he himself complained about the poor customer service from the manager at the time he went in so he applied for his job and got it. While on the phone with Ben, with customer service, we overheard him being very rude and sarcastic. Ben put him on hold and I simply asked where Ben was, well that's all it took for Robby to start calling us racist. I think his anger stemmed from not being able to solve the problem himself so he focused his anger on Ben and when I defended Ben he started calling us racist. Mind you we are senior citizens and were just there to get help, instead we got kicked out because of Robby not being able to solve a problem, blaming us for his short comings. How dare he talk to a 65 year old lady like that. No respect. Definitely unbecoming of a Verizon employee, we hope.

We came in 30 minutes to closing. Hoping to add my wife to the account so that she could come take care of things while I was at work the next day. They added her and got my phone upgraded within 45 minutes. (15 minutes past closing). Both Alex and Michael were very nice and beyond helpful. Thank you guys for the help!!!

I usually dread going to a Verizon store or any other phone company but Michael has changed our view in a big way! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!!! We are so impressed that we wanted to give him a tip but he declined and said that “just doing my job and I enjoy helping our customers “We will be back to this store and highly recommend to others!

A couple weeks ago, my friend and I went to the beach while she was visiting on vacation. She lost her phone in the ocean only an hour into our trip. We came to this store to get her a new phone, Michael was the one who helped us and was extremely nice and also had a great sense of humor. Helped her to choose the right color of phone plus even picked out the perfect case! If I lived closer I’d make this my home store! Side note if Michael sees this, thanks for the food recommendation that macaroni was killer!!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable about products and ongoing promotions. They helped quickly replace my stolen phone, and update my plan to be less expensive.

Michael rocked! I went in to the store with a grumpy attitude that my phone died, and my carrier wasn't offering promos. He switched me over, offered a similar monthly plan, and a discount on a new phone. Even offered cheaper wifi, all without pressure. I'd go back. He did everything I needed and was easy to small talk with while everything transferred between phones. As painless phone store process as possible.

Loved that the store was open after 5 PM. Jessica was personable and knowledgeable. Purchased new phone and swapped out the old one. She managed to transfer all of my data fairly quickly. She helped get set up on the new phone and made the experience enjoyable. Thanks very much to Jessica and thanks to her manager also for his help also.

Wasn't able access my Verizon phone app was told they don't do customer service told me to call 611 explained i did and it didn't work was very rude
