New customer wanting to open up a business account. I was told I’d be helped momentarily, after 5 minutes two other people walked in and were helped before me. That’s when I walked out, they saw me walk out and offered no excuse or apology. My question is, how do they stay in business!? This isn’t the first time in my experience this bank has shown complete disregard for customers.

This location has outside, walk up ATM. DRIVE UP TELLER, 2 bays. Some parking. One handicap space. If you have an RV, park on the street. Great Tellers. I usually go in once a week. Good location.

Very friendly helpful group in this bank. And you can actually get into the bank to talk to someone most of the time.

Julia Smith helped me today she was so nice and helpful and walked me through my options and even had a nice conversation through the process ? if you go there to set up an account or need help I recommend asking for her ?

Worst banking experience EVER. Unintelligible customer service person, uneducated and incompetent banker and tellers. Theft is rampant, especially at the Tillamook branch. Will NEVER do business with them. Check and recheck EVERYTHING. RECORD EVERYTHING.

Totally rude all the time. I even spoke to a manager regardingv the rudest teller. She said she'd have a talk with her, well 2 weeks later, even ruder. Glad I'm only working out here temporarily.

We have banked at the Tillamook branch for both our local business and personal accounts. After 11 years, we were nameless faceless people to them. The turn over of different bankers are too numerous to count. We finally got fed up of all the fees and took our personal and business accounts to another Tillamook bank where we get personal service and NO fees. What a difference. When we closed our accounts, the banker asked why and we never received an apology or any attempt to make things better. There is absolutely no reason for this kind of non-service. We took our business to a regional, smaller bank.
