“Love this place and the people who work there! Very accommodating and helpful! Only not getting 5 starts because they often run out of my feed and ive had to wait up to 2 weeks on occasion
Sometimes their fault, sometimes its the supplier. But overall...great place to go, recommend it way over the place in toledo that loves to close early and has way too many issues to even go into ( and I live closer to that one).”
“Lovely woman behind the counter gave me samples of the freeze dried cod skin. I didn't know if my Gracie would like them, she loves them! Next trip I'm getting the canister full! I also got her a couple of the fancy dog pastry cookies and she devoured them. Seriously, that's a lot cause she's the pickiest pup I've ever had. Lots of such great items inside the store. I'm going to measure her so I can get that scooby doo collar next time!!”
“Visiting Newport. The pet store was very clean and organized. Staff was friendly. We had to buy new leashes for our dogs after someone decided to take our leashes on the beach.”
“When looking for a cat my husband and I went in to the shelter pretty much every week to meet and spend time with the cats. The staff were friendly, accommodating and happy to spend time answering any questions we had about the health and background of the cats in their care. They really seem to care and adore the animals. The place was always clean and the animals looked very well care for and were up to date on shots, flea meds etc.”
