Our hotel septic pump failed and PumpPro was out to fix it the day after we called. They found it needed replacement so Byron special ordered it from the manufacturer and had it within days. They replaced it the day it arrived. Very pleased with their work and speed.

Called PumpPro when I had lost water from my well and trouble shot that my pump was done. Before close of business, Byron had been to my house, evaluated my well, fixed a few things and called me with recommendations. My pump is now replaced, water pressure is back and I have confidence in my water system again.

Byron goes above and beyond. I had major problems when a mouse shorted out the holding tank causing a fire. Byron had put in a full day then showed up at 9:30 at night and was at it until 2:30 a.m. he had to come back as I had no water, I'm not sure when but he was here in the middle of the night and I woke up to water. Christmas came early. Thank you Byron.

Called Pumppro on a Saturday night as we live in Neskowin. Byron drove up from Toledo - checked and discovered a defective part. Suspecting a well pump that was not working returned to Toledo for a pump and came back at 11;30PM ready to replace the pump. Byron discovered that a wire to the pump had come loose and reattached the wire- pump works - Th cost was reasonable and We appreciate his dedication. He is top notch and deserves 10 stars. Byron is the man to call for pump problems. His Wife even came out to help him.

I've used Pumppro a couple of times for our springwater system. He has installed pressure tanks, pumps, spliced supply lines, replaced bad valves and more. He responds quickly and always does great work. I can't recommend him high enough. Thank you so much, Troy

Byron has done a couple of awesome things for me from setting me up with pumps and a system for the house to bringing spring water to my storage tanks. He KNOWS what he is doing and does it fast and right the first time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Extremely prompt service and excellent diagnostic skills! We had a unique situation with our well system and these folks figured it out quickly. We woke up to a no-water situation and they came out within an hour of my phone call. Quick response and they figured out the problem. Quite happy with this company! Byron is amazing! Our well pump died in the afternoon while Byron was on another day-long job building a well house, but he still came and helped us that night to make sure we weren't without water. He stayed until three in the morning diagnosing our problem, installing a replacement pump he gave us a great deal on, and making a bunch of other small improvements to our well system. He left us with a much better system and lots of knowledge, taking the time to explain how everything works and what to look out for in the future. On top of the great service he's just a really nice guy, too; a pleasure to work with, even when working until 3am after a long day. If you need help with your well, he's the guy you're looking for.
