“Absolutely love coming here knowing I’m getting exactly what was paid for and even more, the sheer care for the work he does and care for the people that enjoy using him for service it’s nice going to a place and know you’re not getting scammed at all and that you’re in good hands of a family man. Have came here many times and have never once had an issue would highly recommend him for rotations and buying used tires in a pinch I havnt had much more service than doing that multiple times but when time comes for my shocks I’ll definitely use Cruz Tire! “I can’t describe how helpful these guys are. I left them a set of heavily studded tires that I had in Alaska. They pulled all of the studs.(which is a huge pain.) after mounting and balancing my tires, they hand started all the lug nuts because if you don’t, chances are you’ll strip them when you go to put them on. Then instead of just hammering on them with the impact, I watched them torque the lugs all down to factory spec. In the past, I’ve had other tire shops not take these easy steps, and I ended up having to replace the lug studs myself which I assure you is also a huge pain. I’m a mechanic so I don’t often bring my vehicles to shops when I can avoid it. All the technicians are skilled and knowledgeable, and the ladies at the front desk are super polite and helpful.”
