“Absolutely love coming here knowing I’m getting exactly what was paid for and even more, the sheer care for the work he does and care for the people that enjoy using him for service it’s nice going to a place and know you’re not getting scammed at all and that you’re in good hands of a family man. Have came here many times and have never once had an issue would highly recommend him for rotations and buying used tires in a pinch I havnt had much more service than doing that multiple times but when time comes for my shocks I’ll definitely use Cruz Tire! Glad this guys in business”
“They are always so nice and willing to help with any situation. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and patient. They are my go to place when I am in need of new tires or brakes. I appreciate and recommend Pacific Tire and brakes!”
“One of my tires had a slow leak. Bill found a screw lodged in the tire that another well-known chain store had missed. No charge! Very kind and generous - appreciate the great service and expertise - thank you, Doug and Bill.”
“Came in with a slow leak in a tire on our trip down the coast. Saturday afternoon, they got us right in, found the leak, fixed the tire checked all tires, including spare. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Tires not purchased at Les Schwab and they did for No Charge! Next set of tires Les is a top of list!”

“The Toledo Les Schwab is one of the best locations I've been.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I've been to the Newport Oregon location where they weren't helpful. Due to their neglect to honor The Les Schwab guarantee. They have cost me more than helped. And when I called them to fix what they broke they said it was my fault. And didn't care about a bad review.”
