Drove all the way here from Waldport since the UPS in Newport is said to be the pits. Note, this drop off is located INSIDE the JC Thriftway. Everyone was great, fast and knowledgeable. Returning Amazon‘s garbage products is no walk in the park and these people made it a pleasure.
