I normally wouldn't leave reviews but this is my second time going to them and having a very negative experience. I tried to give them a second chance. They are not skilled with almond shaping at all and I really had that I had to pay extra so that my nails look like cat claws. I also requested magnetic polish with they struggled to get it to look like the swatch design. Also the color they paint my nails was not the color I picked out and when I mentioned they went a got the correct color and painted it over the wrong color and you could clearly see both colors. I wouldn't even care if the shape wasn't horrible though. Please get almond shaped tips or spend the time to learn to do it correctly.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD GETTING MY NAILS DONE.

i called for a soak off specifically and the man on the phone said they can do it. he cuts my fake nail and pulls out another fake nail to push it under to scrape it off. i stopped him asking if he can soak it off with acetone because i know it is damaging for the nail to be taken off that way then says he'll charge me $20 instead of $15 because it will take more time like he said on the phone. so i said it was fine. when he was taking off my nails i noticed he didnt use a tool and so i asked him if they have a tool to push it off as a suggestion as i have never known that people use their own finger nail to scrape off the acrylic and he used a paper towel to wipe the first layer of acrylic. towards the last of my finger, my pinky i asked him if he could not scrape the side of the finger because it hurts. he is literally scraping the skin on my pinky finger and hurting me and he gets upset and says im unappreciative and im asking for too much. the entire service i gave one suggestion, asked for the soak off that he said they do, and not to hurt me, i dont think that was too much to ask for considering that he is quite literally hurting me. no voices or hands were raised or thrown. i had to finish taking care of my nails at home and still pay the $20.

Walked in off the street with a nail broken in pain. Because I just wanted it removed and not repaired couldn't help me. All I wanted was to have the acrylic soaked off. Would have taken 2 min to set me up and let it soak. Will never go here for regular care of they can't help with an urgent need. Never have a problem saying they have time when they don't of you want a full set.

Have been going here for years. They are always great about getting me in. Doesn't matter who does the mani/pedi, they are all amazing. Waxing is also great. Prices are very reasonable.

DEANN did a good job...especially the foot-leg massage..
I am a perfectionist so I go find the best andI will try all who do pedicures at the shop! The shop was clean!
The water was the correct temperature.
I got to soak a little to soften my skin.
I asked for soft edges on my toe nails and as short as possible.
I liked that she used the correct tools.
I liked that she used a cuticle remover and pushed the cuticle down rather than cutting it all...cutting some is necessary ...I get pedicures at least once a month..I have clean feet
She could have used the block sander a little more on rough areas.
She left some areas on the nail unsmooth and the owner of the shop corrected one.
The leg massage on the right was the best...she gave less massage on the right, however I think she has 45minutes and ran out of time?
It was $35 for basic pedicure. No nail polish...my choice.
I tipped 20%. Tip in cash ?
If she had left nails smooth and did a little bit more massage on the left leg I would tip more.
Nice soothing music ?
My sister has been going here for years...I buy at least $200 worth of gift certificates a year from 10 Nails ?
Now my other sister comes from Happy Valley with her husband and my brother in law comes, too...I told my daughter about the leg foot massage ..

P. S. I prefer lotion rather than oil on my legs and feet at the end because the oil stains my clothes. Also, dry off the clients feet at the end so when they put on their sandals ? they aren't sliding around!!
