I’ve been to this pharmacy a few times for vaccines. They are always friendly and helpful. I was in today (10/1/23) for a vaccine and only one person was there though he was hoping more staff would be able to make it later. This pharmacist was so friendly while trying his best to do it all. He was trying to help everyone he could and reschedule where possible and explain the situation. I just want to thank him for the excellent service and doing a great job.

Friendly and professional personnel, who are always ready to provide the service, instructions, and assist with other questions. Thank you!

The last two times I have shopped here the checker (different one each time) appears unhappy and I have to say hello first. If they don’t want to be bothered why work. Other than that love the store

Terrible customer service. Had a checker abruptly leave the register after I asked if a discount had been applied on an item. She just walked off without a word as I was about to pay. There were several customers behind me in line and we all had to stand there until another employee came to finish checking me out. The replacement began mistakenly grabbing the next customers items to scan them until I stopped her. I asked why she bailed and she said she had something to do. Really?

This pharmacy has an ableist and classist policy requiring a prescription to purchase insulin syringes. When pressed on the matter, they stated it was because they were finding a lot syringes in the parking lot. That's odd because in the many years of shopping here I have only ever seen 2 syringes on the ground. Additionally, there's another pharmacy in the same lot that does not require prescriptions for insulin syringes.I can't trust them to tell the truth about anything, now.

Kaiser told me no appts for 2 months. I walked up to your pharmacy - no line or waiting - same for family. And the staff there was extremely professional and friendly. I’m so grateful, thank you!

95% of the techs are very nice and prompt. The best pharmacy that I have gone to.

It's easy to see why Safeway/Albertsons chain us in trouble and why the Safeway at Cherry Park Hill shuttered after being taken over by Albertsons. Customer service is terrible. I got ping-ponged all over the store by the same employees passing the buck trying to just get the advertised sale price on a couple of items. Finally got bounced to the customer service counter where another customer was chewing them out obviously dissatisfied herself. I got disgusted with trying to just buy the items and give them my money that I just left all the crap in the cart and walked out. I won't be back. The app is required to buy sale items and I'm pretty tech savvy and it's about the clumsiest, most convoluted and user-unfriendly app I've seen. Just deleted it from my phone. The place sucks....

8/29/2020 @ 6PM- Came here for two packs of sanitizing wipes today and other groceries. Our clerk who was not wearing her name badge had her mask hanging off of her chin and nose completely exposed. She was about 5ft 4 with short spiky hair. She was touching her mask with each grocery she put into the bags. She refused to let us buy two packs of sanitizing wipes stating, "that's our new policy". Very rude and disrespectful and contradicting given her mask was soiled and hanging off of her face. When I told her why I needed two packs of sanitizer wipes (for the elderly family members who live with us) She laughed and said, "Oh well, not my problem". Truly felt violated and disrespected. Take your business elsewhere. This place is clearly not taking COVID-19 seriously and it will cost some their lives.

I forgot about Albertsons. I was pleasantly surprised when I wonder the last time. The store was clean and had an inviting feeling. I especially like the one where Isles because they made me feel safer. There were as well stocked as any other grocery store in the area. The parking lot was decent anyways easy to get in and out of. The one thing that I didn't like though, was the self-checkout machines. They were way too close to each other, and I felt that I kept bumping into other customers. It felt like everyone was breathing on me. I will probably go, but I will not be using self-checkout machines.

The worst! The three broads at the deli counter ignored me for minutes. Never gave any eye contact and kept doing their tasks instead of helping customers. I'm done. I only come here because it's near my parents home. The chicken was old and stale anyway. But not as old and stale as the service I got from the apathetic staff. We all know that most Albertson's suck. But this is one of the suckiest.

I'm seriously considering taking my business to Fred Meyer. I have been shopping at thus Albertsons location for years and the service has gone downhill. A couple weeks ago I went in to get the London broil that was on sale. Couldn't find any, so I asked the clerk behind the meat counter. In a Huffington, she walked around the corner to the packaged meat to see the empty display and said. "Oh, I guess you'll have to wait for tomorrow when we get another shipment in" I said that won't work for me and she said...sorry with a big attitude behind it. Then, the other day I went back in for another grocery trip. The checker scolded me for not having the sale items added to my Albertsons app. I showed her my phone to prove I had stuff added to my app. Avocados she charged me $4.50 for 3 punt avocados and I added to my app the sale price of .78 cents each. So she said...just this 1 time she will credit my grocery bill. But next time...what a witch!! Then the eggs were suppose to be .99 a dozen. I had that added to my app as well and it was in the weekly add in a coupon that I had with me. She charged me $3.98 for 2 dozen eggs. IF I end up in this store again, I WILL NOT go through her line. I put her out of her way to follow the sale prices. She insisted I only had added the items to my list and not the app. I have never ever had to ho back through twice adding things. Ridiculous. I have been going to thus store for years and I think I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is how Albertsons treats their customers!!
