Total garbage. My package has been sitting there for days. I ordered two packages from the same location they arrived at the distribution center at the same time. One delivered on time one just sitting there. FedEx needs to get to work. This is a joke. Your messing up people work!

These people need to hurry up. HIRE 400 MORE WORKERS IF YOU HAVE TOO! PAY THEM $100/HOUR! I DON’T CARE ABOUT FEDEX THE COMPANY AT ALL! FED EX IS THE WORST! Troutdale Oregon is the absolute worst in the country. They say my package is supposed to be delivered today, and today has come and gone and I have no package. I am entitled to my package when they say so. I don’t care if the workers need to work 24/7. They need to work NOW.

They have yet to get a single delivery to me on time. Broken promises are all I seem to get. Don't bother with the 1-800 number, either; it's just more uselessness. Avoid FedEx at all costs. Even DHL is better. Or just use the US postal service, but DO NOT USE FED EX.

My packages were left outside my fence on a garbage can, and unfortunately, they were stolen. The delivery driver was unable to find my address using a paper map. It seems many drivers rely solely on their phones and Google for navigation, which can be quite frustrating. I feel that the work ethic of some younger generations isn't up to par, and it seems they are content with doing the bare minimum. ALSO I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL TODAY AT 9AM-STILL WAITING ON THAT-IT WONT HAPPEN WHAT WORTHLESS SHIPPING COMPANY. UPS IS SO ABOVE YOU

I live in Seattle. I love my local Fedex driver- he is great and knows us and our family. But whenever I see a package hit Troutdale I cringe, curse, and shed a small tear. I KNOW anything that comes through here is going to be delayed. It always is. And yet the status always says it's on time. That is until the delivery window was missed. Fedex please fix Troutdale!!

Update: They have refunded half of what I feel that they owe me so I will up this to two stars, the other half is still pending. Although this took some effort and time is money.
They stole my money $61 that I know of in shipping and have yet to pay it back. They have damaged packages in the past. I have caught them speeding with triple and double trailers in the Columbia gorge. This company is dangerous, just ship with USPS or UPS, they lie about the price upfront and then charge you more once the package arrives at it's location, unfair, unjust. Bait and switch. I will never ship with Fedex again until they give me my money back that they stole from me.

Anytime I see my package go through Troutdale, OR, my heart sinks. This is where tracking just stops and packages are lost or best case delayed for several days. Not sure what is going on with this location but it’s untrustworthy and highly questionable. This is based on my own experience but check out the Yelp reviews and Reddit. FedEx needs to take accountability for the horrible Troutdale location where packages seem to disappear into thin air.

The driver lied and said the the location is closed and they refuse to reroute my packages back to me. They said they will have them try to redeliver within a few days. If needed them later, I wouldn't have paid for express shipping. Sadly, there is nothing we do can to keep our packages from routing through or to keep online sellers from using them all together. What a mess.
