Why are y’all so slow its been days after the delivery date and I still see my package at this facility. If y’all hate your jobs so much then just quit cause it’s gonna be so much better without ya’ll lazy people working!

You guys take forever to get packages moving. FedEx is impossible to get ahold of an actual human being to speak to. I had a time restraint I needed my package by. And you guys just keep extending the delivery date so I can’t report any problems.

Package has sat in their warehouse for a couple days past when it was supposed to be delivered. Was out for delivery and the truck with it delivered packages to my neighbors but not my package. This has happened twice. Called to speak with someone and the AI hangs up after saying it’s out for delivery and estimated to be delivered today. But online now says tomorrow.

My package was stalled due to a winter storm and ended up in this facility. I have to be honest, I became worried after reading all the reviews but k was pleasantly surprised when as soon as the ice melted this fedex location at it shipped and in state on the other side of the country in less than 2 days. It arrives tomorrow and we are excited.

Fed ex why dont you do something about this horrible facility. I never have issues with shipping until I see Troutdale and then I basically give up on tracking it's so horrible. Don't you guys audit your facilities how can a package say delivery tomorrow then it's stuck in Troutdale for a week. Someone needs to be fired over there.

I sat at home all day waiting for a package that required a signature and it never arrived. Waste of my time, terrible service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Zero stars, I paid extra for expedited shipping, only for it to now come in AFTER the regular shipping would have. I am leaving the country and have no one to pick up the package, and they don't even update me on when it's coming in. And don't even expect to talk to customer service, you just get an automated runaround because they are too cheap to actually hire on people anymore.

Corporate should check the review on this site. They always messed my up delivery either have to wait for few days for my delivery to come up or stuck on this location for several days. They couldn’t even figure out where my package is. . Good Customer service is necessary for this location.

A package being shipped from Texas to Washington. It made it to Troudale Oregon in 2 days with Fedex Ground. But it has been sitting in troutdale for 4 days!!! The package is literally 30 minutes away. Of course you can't get a hold of a real person. I really hate fedex. Always have a problem with things arriving on time. Worst delivery service. FYI, still waiting for the package.
Called and the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful.

I have called the "customer service line" five plus times at this point. Every single time, a robot picks up and then quickly hangs up on me. I have tried using the online chat system, with the same end result. How tf are you supposed to do anything or expect your package if you can't speak to an actual person? No wonder FedEx has a trash rating, and I hope it only goes further into the negatives with the "service" I have received. Absolute monkey behavior from this company.

This location is a literal black hole. If your package goes here, don't expect it to leave for at least a week. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME something shipped FedEx goes through this location. I HATE using FedEx specifically because of this place......
