Very nice place i stopped in on my way back home and I was very impressed with how nice everyone was and how clean the place was. The women name Donna was very helpful I asked if they had any burritos left for the days and she went in back and made me a fresh one very sweet of her.

Holy Mary mother of God, do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can away from the store. It is, hands-down, the worst store in Portland if not the country. Avoid it like the plague.

The customer service in this store early morning between 3am and 5am is horrendous! The one younger male with glasses seems to be pissed off he works at a convention store so he takes it out on the customers horrible customer service never friendly never fakes smiles. The other male just seems lost has to redue transactions because he is constantly forgetting things. This store used to be great but not anymore. I know I'm just one person but the AMPM down the street seems to be a better option. Do better Jackson's!!

I don't know why I bother stopping here. This is supposed to be a convenience store. It takes a good 5 minutes to run in and get a soda. Today I stood there with four other people waiting for 5 minutes while the staff pet a dog. I'm all for petting dogs but this isn't the right time. Where is the manager watching the cameras in this store (May 29th, 11:35am or so)? I have only been here twice in the last 2 months because of the fact that it takes so long. Two cashiers... 5 minutes. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

i go to jackson's 525 because there their staff are absolutely I ncredible. i've noticed that they always have what I want and what i N eed. you know like my good old tiger friend says their G reat. but in all fairness as i sit here and write this amazing review I do think about wh E re are community would be without them. their always there for you in good times and bad times they be your R ock when you need to lean your cushion when you need to fall and your circus when you need a laugh. so thank you jackson's family for always being my pennywise.

Well, I did not want to give them a star, but it’s only way I can write a review. The 2 ladies here which one of them are passing kidney stones not a very pleasant person or sympathetic to any body needs. I’m gonna say that they should probably keep these ladies in the back. Oops did I say ladies.

Customer service has severely diminished at this convenience store. They have a bottle return that shouldn’t be there since they don’t want to pay out the tickets and if it’s such a problem for them then get rid of it. God forbid they smile when you come in or speak. If they want to talk to a customer behind their backs maybe they should wait until the customer leaves the store and not do it on front of other patrons. I will definitely be limiting my visits to this store and I have been a regular customer for over five+years.

Stopped in here for gas and a bathroom break on November 10, 2023, and it was the cleanest bathroom of any rest stop bathroom I have ever used, it even smelled minty fresh. I promised my driving group that I would leave a 5 star review because we were all impressed

This store is better than some of the other stores that are in the area but lately the customer service has gone down dramatically at least in the early morning hours . Seems cashier's would rather be looking at their phones instead of helping a line of people. Hopefully management takes the complaints seriously and does something about this

Place is a joke I try to go there early morning on my way to work and half the time they wont let me purchase anything because there doing a 20 minute shift change
