The building was torn down and remodeled but no was smart enough to overhaul the truck parking. There's not enough spaces and hardly any room to maneuver. Its safer to park on the side of the interstate than this location. Who ever approved of the parking lot design needs to have their head examined, and fired.

There is only one issue... when using the diesel pumps when pulling out of the fueling bay turn Right to exit!!! NO Signage!!!

Nolan in the Truck Service Center at the Baker City Loves #569 was polite and helpful- and went above and beyond when I had truck issues. We will stop there with all our trucks on this route accross I84 now!

Got my little drink and my little roller bowl went to the counter and did not get greeted no hello how are you know nothing didn’t even tell me the price I had on my money. She gives me back my change and then I could barely hear her say say anything How rude. 15 years ago when I worked for Swift, I come here to Troutdale loves off the 84 exit 17 and everyone was so nice now they just say hello when you come through the door what they do when I come to the counter, I would like you to acknowledge me not just give me some freaking look that’s just happened now so look at the time on my post

Garbage location. Zero parking up front. And no vans in the back? Even tho I’m parked in a space with a cab only semi! Don’t waste your time at this location. Was woken up at 2:30am by some rent-a-cop telling me to leave.

Not only you can't stay here overnight, okay that's a store by store policy, they will knock on your door after ten minutes no matter what you're doing (not blaming the staff just the policy) and it's not like it make the place not seedy and dirty, there is all sorts of stuff going on near and around the store. If you want cheap gas, go somewhere else, if you want a good night's rest try the Gee Creek Rest area. Basically what I'm saying is just go ahead and cross the river and leave Oregon.

The truck care shop people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEVES. They quote you the amount something and charge you more giving so many excuses. Spoke to shop manager, he was IDIOT as well. very bad customer service.

I accidentally left my debit card in the gas pump. Not Only did they have kept in the safe but were exceptionally helpful. Special kudos to employee Greg Henderson who was exceptionally helpful, professional and all around positive dude!

This location as been rebuild lately but, wifi truck parking as lack of signal on 90% of it. Missing antennas and repeaters. Not a great place to do a reset.

As transporters when we aren’t hauling a unit, we always stop at Love’s for the night & have no issue. This location however said we weren’t allowed to park overnight. Just how much business is this location willing to lose over a few parking spots being taken up overnight?!
