Awful experience. Ordered an item in May. Received an email that it shipped, but 10 days later when the tracking still showed USPS had not received the package. It took over a week of messaging, emailing and leaving voicemails before I got a response. Weeks pass and I am given several different excuses and then communication just stops. I paid hundreds of dollars for a cabinet that I never received, they won't answer my emails or refund my money. AVOID!!!

SO GOOD. I needed a couple of things done on my van, including installing some new running boards. These guys ordered the parts, scheduled an install that fit with my schedule, and got the work done in just about two weeks from the day I first contacted them. They also were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the day, including hustling to work around an issue with my heater exhaust. They finished and had me out the door in less than the original estimated time, and they’re very dog friendly. Cannot recommend them more.

Awesome experience! I have a Ford Transit converted campervan in need of a new house battery and decided to take care of it over the holidays while traveling in the Portland area. Earl responded to my online request quickly with info about the battery options and costs. He placed the order and communicated the whole way along with delivery timing and scheduling of the install. I may have broken his back given the crazy heavy weight of the battery - but he and the crew at the shop got it done within the hour estimated and had me on my way with all systems go! Highly recommend these guys!

I've bought a few parts now for over 7k now and these guys never disappoint. From help with installation when we are bone headed, to ease of ordering, and help gathering information for our special projects northwest overland has been stellar!!! Couldn't be happier with the product or service.

We are a private luxury transportation company whose fleet includes 2023 and 2024 Ford Transit passenger vans.
We have purchased and installed 2 AMP Research running board kits from Richard and the good folks at Northwest Overland and couldn't be happier.
With the first running board, which we purchased earlier this year, there was a glitch with the software module. When Richard learned of the issue, he made arrangements to have a new module shipped overnight so the installation could resume the next day, minimizing vehicle downtime.
We acquired our second van on very short notice, and Richard went out of his way the day before a holiday to ensure the running boards shipped right away so they could be installed in time for a large group event that we had scheduled utilizing that van. Richard and his team came through and the event was a success.
As we continue to grow and add more vans to our fleet, Northwest Overland will be our first call for accessories.

We live in portland, about 40 minutes from Northwest Overland. We ordered running boards, got an immediate text confirmation of our order. And then two friendly guys showed up in our driveway 60 minutes later. wow! We had an equally responsive and effective install of our van windows by NW overland. Exceptional service experience.

One of my receptacles in my motorhome had shorted out. I looked and looked around the area and did not find one. At the RV Resort that we staying at a fellow camper told us about Northwest Overland. Simply picked up the phone and called them. Wala they had the exact one and the price was very reasonable. They were helpful when no one else could.

Great group of people to work with! As a first-time van-builder I had a lot of questions. They took the time to answer them and gave me some great advice and suggestions.
I live a day’s drive from Troutdale and couldn’t find the Promaster I wanted locally. Or a local upfitter that had much experience with them. After finding a van in Portland I flew out to buy it, and drove to the shop where I had them take care of some prep work I couldn’t do myself. They pointed out some areas that I could save some money by doing the work myself and suggested some things I should avoid doing myself.
I wish I lived closer to them so I can have them help me out with things I can’t do by myself, but I’ll certainly continue to order parts through them.
