Maybe in person is better but I've spent a total of an hour and a half calling trying to get an online account setup and I still have gotten nowhere. I work in IT and do this kind of work for a living so it's not like I don't understand how computers, servers or online logins work and I still cannot get signed in. The last call I was offered the option of sitting on hold for another 20 minutes or trying to go into a branch to figure this out. It's ridiculous that the phone support is so terrible they can't even get an online account to work.I'm now embarrassed to say I've recommended people to use this bank and I definitely will no longer do that.

My wife and I would like to give a big thank you to Ethan Riley-Reigle, at Troutdale Cherry Park location for his attention to detail and his patience with dealing with our situation..He wanted to make sure he had everything correct and that we were content with the situation. Businesses need more Ethan's in this world.

I went into this branch today around 10am and I was not satisfied. I have had fraud and my debit card twice within the span of 14 days.I went into this branch today to ask for further advice/assistance on how to go about this. I was wondering if I should close that account and open a whole new one and the lady with blonde hair at the desk right by the handy cap desk was very rude has no customer service skills what so ever and did not even bother to hear me out. I was trying to explain to her that it’s clear regular procedure didn’t work last time so what’s the next set and she continued to shut me down.

I have been coming into branches to pay car payment for some time now two years or so. This branch is the only branch that has issues accessing account or even viewing account. Not sure why this is but. Let's get it together people. ✌?

Everytime I've been in here they are short staffed and the few people that assist people with opening accounts do not seem to want to pull people from the line. Also just a little reminder to the bank to perhaps switch up their Playlist a bit.Fustrating when EVERY time I have gone in I am forced to listening to back to back Spanish music.Confused and very narrow minded on their end for assuming every person who comes In here will understand what's playing.Please remember to CATER to all your clients not just one lanuage.

Their online banking is down, and when i try to call it says their system is down and they cannot assist in any way. I am not able to cash or deposit checks and nobody is answering their phones due to their systems being down. I go to walk in and theres theres easily a couple hundred people out front waiting for this $500 they're giving away. My bills are due and I'm not able to do anything due to their inadequate systems, and I've been on hold for over a half hour as of now and yesterday i was on hold for over 2 hours and nobody would answer the phone. Systems are down in Gresham, Troutdale and a couple other locations I've called.. at this point I'm just thinking of taking my business elsewhere.. can't get any help and nobody will answer their phones. You can't cash anything, you can't talk to anybody, their business is practically useless

I have been with OnPoint as a member for about 6 months now and this is my second time doing business at this branch and it needs to be said that this locations is excellent! It is very quick but intimate business! I never have a long wait and all of their employees go above and beyond to ensure all of their members feel like family! It's important to not that there was a shining star duo that really made sure all of my needs were met! Blanca, who met me with a smile and a voice of an angel was able to direct my business to the perfect Member Relationship Officer Ramiro! These two made sure my banking needs were met beyond satisfaction and made sure to handle me with complete excellence in a timely manner! If you have a point to go to this branch I pray you are in the hands of these two employees!

Horrible customer service experience ever . I went their ask for help about transfer money to me . They said can't do it . They told me I have to check in about 30mins . I have 4 checking account including 2 businesses checking account. I'm done with the horrible customer service. I need help but you guy can't help.. My English is not first language but respectfully that is the most important thing . I think only this location is not respectfully customer service. I'm so sorry for the people the using their service. I just pay off my truck the I bought 4 months 2019 ago. Because I'm so mad . Your guy not deserve any interest . Please don't Racist. We are equal I remember who did it to me .
