Why do you harass your workers to make them ID anyone for cigarettes. Im over 50 and feel its harassing to be asked to show ID by your workers everytime... learn what the oregon law is and stop harassing people like me...

July 11, 2025 9:58 AM go in to try to buy some soda some snacks. The lady at the counter is rude. She shouldn’t be working there. Just not a very nice person. I do not recommend going here.

Rude cashier, I guess she thinks she rules the world!!!!
For the record I think busier parking lot looks it attracts more people!!! I was there by myself for 5 minutes after I bought drinks and old lady that works there came out and kicked me out from empty parking lot. (She was not nice)

The bad reviews are probably people who didn't bring ID for booze, or were loitering in the small parking lot

Plaid is a great business, but the woman who manages this store gives the company a bad name. Her customer service is poor and her attitude flip and gruff. I asked about some sandwiches that had visible mold and no expiration date, and she just shrugged and said she wasn’t responsible for stocking those. That may be true, but why still on the shelf then? Disgusting. Will shop at any plaid but this one. Have had other poor interactions here, but this one today prompted the review. Go to another location that’s better stocked and with friendlier staff.

Went there to get a soda and the front person was very rude. Burrito shop down the road have soda for a bit cheaper and much nicer people working.
