“I like the Columbia Gorge Outlets; but I had a very disappointing visit to Bath& Body Works today. I purchased a wall outlet for $16.95 in May, 2023. I used it for 2 months. When I was exchanging the scent bottle, the plug broke. I wasn't back in the area until today. I was advised that their store policy is "no exchanges"!! Very, very disappointing. ?”
