We don’t live in Troutdale, but we always drive there to get my teenaged son’s hair cut by Carla. He has sensory issues and he’s very touchy about his hair. Carla always remembers how he likes his hair, and has an awesome way of putting him at ease. She is very patient with him, quite efficient at cutting his hair, yet also has great attention to detail. What a pro! We are so grateful we found her. :-D

Over worked understaffed starts telling you what they do not have time for as soon as they enter even though they wouldn't schedule you online because there was no wait.

I've had my haircut here quite a few times and I keep coming. They listen to my requests and I end up loving the way I look. Sometimes I get a beard trim and it comes out great. Also friendly service.

I had shoulder surgery and I cant wash my hair. I had went 3 weeks without washing my hear. Ive tried great clips and they were extremely judgmental about the situation. This was right across from the Physical Therapy I go to. So I set up an appointment. I think it was 3-4 weeks ago and Melissa is absolutely amazing and so is everyone that works there. They arent judgemental and they make it a very friendly environment. I go now weekly to get my hair washed and I absolutely love this place. Im 100% glad I decided to go there.

I have taken my 19 year old Autistic daughter here multiple times and have never had a problem. I dropped her off this time and my daughter ended up leaving in tears because the hairdresser didn't listen to what she asked. When I came to get her, I asked the hairdresser what happened and she claimed my daughter asked for chin length hair. I know she went in there with a very definite plan of what she wanted (she spends days planning something to prepare herself) but even if she didn't communicate properly, she cut her hair above chin length. The hairdresser may not understand, but it is devastating to a child with special needs. I hope next time she can take the time to really try to listen to the customer.Such a terrible experience.UPDATE: The manager has since reached out to me and talked about what happened. She also spoke with the stylist and agreed that my daughter was not heard and asked what they could do to rectify the situation. They also made notes on her file to make sure this would not happen again. I definitely appreciate the effort and willingness to try to make things better.

Hope the franchise owner reads this so they can refresh their employees' concept of what "customer service" really is. This situation shouldn't be "the case" but it seems pretty common that stylists don't like to share information, especially if the info isn't going to benefit their own pocket. What they SHOULD realize is that this situation is going to be their own one day, and they better hope the person answering the phone doesn't do this to them. I lost track of a stylist I use to see at this location because of covid. I had previously followed the stylist through FOUR different stores, three Supercuts, and twice at this location. Today, I called trying to find where the stylist might have gone. Mind you - the last I knew the stylist had simply switched Supercuts locations. The gal who answered simply could care less when I asked. How could the employee know anything if she didn't even bother further checking for me, let alone - just ASK the stylist's name?!! I was quickly dismissed, and that was it. SUPERCUTS owners!!! ...tell your employees that "customer service" goes beyond providing a service at your store. Your employee made a huge mistake and made your store look like çrap, giving the impression that all you care about is the bottom dollar. But what comes around... I'm providing ONE star for the LACK of CUSTOMER "service" the employee gave, which is how many stars I wish I could give. NONE! Guess what SuperCuts? Now... I won't be going to any of your chain ~ Too many times businesses don't understand this type of action is also an example of service they provide (or don't provide) customers, and there for deserve a rating just as well. ~

I stopped in at 11:30 this morning to see if I could get my hair cut today. I was told that the next available was 2:30 or 3pm. I said Sure. The girl asked which one, and I said 2:30, since I live just a mile away. So I come back at 2:30, and I sit down to wait since both girls are busy. After they call up 3 people, the same girl who helped me this morning asks if I'm waiting to do a walk-in. I explain that No, I signed up for 2:30 with her earlier today. The other girl remembered me coming in. But they were just going to make me wait until after everybody else now. Totally clueless employee - I will never go back

Their ad states that styling starts at $8.00. My wife had a shampoo ($6.00) and a styling ($21.00). When I mentioned the discrepancy the stylist said $8.00 was for short hair. My wife’s hair is shoulder length. Their prices for styling are too high and their website is deceptive.Service: Hairstyling

Update!The area manager is an incredible hairstylist.. I couldn't be more happy with the job the she did fixing my hair.. She was very professional very nice and a great conversationalist.. I'm sure there are other great hairstylists at supercuts.. My previous experience was not great.. But she more than made up for it. I do recommend supercuts.. But I also recommend that if you have a horrible experience to say something.If I could give 0 stars I would! absolutely the worst hair cut I've ever gotten..she had absolutely NO idea what she was doing..completely destroyed my hairIt's completely uneven and nothing what I asked for..My father always told me to be kind..so I was!..but every time I look at my hair I cry..I'm not going to say they are all bad..but Marlena absolutely horrendous..DO NOT HAVE HER CUT YOUR HAIRI responded to the managers comment on my review and I haven't heard a word back.. not really surprised..
