To be done: Valve adjustment and VTech on a 2007 Honda Element, along with an oil change and transmission fluid change; the day before my appointment I also got a couple of check engine lights.
I came in today to have Nick Stice see my (new to me) Element; unfortunately Nick had to call out, but I had some routine maintenance things I also needed to take care of so I decided to keep some of my intended work to today while re-scheduling other items.
Graham Burchfield was my service advisor today. Zen Lian Tuang was my service tech.
I have had really, REALLY poor experiences with dealerships. (I tried to go to Beaverton Honda (closer to me), and that was a nightmare. I have had completely awful experiences at a handful of other dealerships in the past.) This was my first time at Gresham Honda. Graham and Zen Lian are top notch great peeps.
I got a full breakdown of my inspection, including video that was easy to follow and understand. When Graham sat down with me to explain what they had found, he did so in a very approachable and relatable manner. He helped me to understand WHY things were throwing codes, the severity of the issues (whether they needed immediate attention or not), and break down work into digestible chunks.
I really appreciate the time and care both people took on my beloved Element, and look forward to my rescheduled appointment with Nick.

Well, that was a lot more wrong with my car than I knew, and they searched until they found the actual problem.It drove them crazy.But the service technicians and the service rider graham was very patient and did the best he could to resolve the issues and to make me as happy as possible. I will return as soon as I get my credit card.Pay down and finish the repairs.Thank you.

Purchased an Audi that came in on trade. Price was very competitive. My salesman Ben, did a great job helping to get the deal done. I asked to have a local Audi mechanic perform a PPI on the vehicle and they had the keys in my hand to take it for inspection within 10 minutes of my arrival. The mechanic discovered a couple issues and Tonkin agreed to perform all the repairs. I live up in Washington so they gave me a loaner and then brought the vehicle up to me when the repairs were complete. No high pressure sales or hassle whatsoever. Overall a great car buying experience.
