Charge higher prices for services and not very accommodating or friendly. I used toDrive the extra miles toGo here. Not anymore. I have Honda options in Portland that are much better & more affordable.

I brought in my 1998 CRV to get it diagnosed. Informed them it vibrates after 30mph but only when accelerating. They said “it sounds like it’s the clutch release bearing” and didn’t actually pinpoint the problem and gave me a quote for $3k. The couple of times I called later to talk with the tech about these issues, he was either “gone for the day” or “at lunch”. Sounds like complacency at its finest. They were more interested in selling me an Element so I could join their car club. Paid $180 for nothing. Very disappointed. And wasn’t offered a refund.I bought car ramps the next day and within minutes found a blown out drive shaft support bearing. Bushing is completely gone.

Terrible experience at the service department. I took in my Civic to fix an annoying obvious plastic creak coming from the infotainment system and dashboard. There's even a bulletin for 11th Gen Civics infotainment/dashboard creeks as this is a very common issue.The estimated time to pick up the vehicle was later on the same day until the next morning. A day passed, no phone call. The next day passed... no phone call. I called the service department thrice during those 2 days to see how it was going. Was sent to voicemail every time. I even left a voicemail to Jason's line, and yet no response. I finally went in the third day to pick up my car, and turns out the car was ready to be picked up the same day I dropped it off. Jason put in my phone number incorrectly, so if he did make any calls, it went to the wrong number (It was off by literally one number).Finally to add insult to injury, the problem was not even fixed. Apparently they drove it 10 miles and noticed no sound. This is extremely frustrating because the noise is extremely prevalent at ANY speed and road conditions. I drove off the lot and immediately heard it. It feels as if they were too lazy to even work on it, so they concluded no noise was made. It seriously could not be that hard to add felt tape to the plastic trims.Overall, this whole experience was a huge slap to the face and an inconvenience, since I was left almost 3 days without transportation, no communication was given and the problem wasn't even attempted to be fixed.

From the service side I've never had any issues and up to this time I never felt that I had an issue with the finance dept either but this year upon buying my honda I felt that the need of salesman was more important than the needs of the customer. I specified a payment range and if the car I wanted wasn't possible I'd consider another model but the salesman was very pushy into getting me into the more expensive car and saying the payments would be the same, plus i wasnt even told how many times my credit was run in the process. After really looking back I felt there were more options that could have been done to make sure the customer was put first. Now I have a car that's pretty of course that I'm stuck with at the payment it is and unable to either get out from under it or refinance cause of the rates right now.I probably wouldn't return to this location to purchase another vehicle.

Very easy and nice to work with BUT…Went in for an oil change. They were nice enough to rotate my tires. Which, I did not request, nor was there any discussion before handing in my car, but needed to be done.I should add, during my oil change, I talked to a salesman and they did an appraisal inspection to give me trade-in numbers. They came back and said I had some wear on two tires that should be changed soon and the tire pressure was low on three tires.After the deal fell through, the service team said my tires looked good and there was not need to worry about replacement (unprovoked, without me inquiring).Then I get a mile down the road and my low tire pressure light comes on…So, to recap: Went for an oil change with no tire pressure issues, tires got moved around without my prior consent, then told there were tire issues but that information was contradicted and they still didn’t make sure my tire pressures were good so I got down the road and now it’s my problem to deal with…Not huge issues, but makes me question how well this place really runs.Update: I appreciate the response.A few notes, though… the services being rendered were not explained prior. Except to note it was my last included oil change. During my previous service appointment, tires were NOT rotated, so there was no reason to assume they would be this time. Also, by their own admission, things were overlooked.Again, nice people and I would still go back, but my statement stands. I question how well it’s managed.

I highly recommend bringing your car to this Honda location over the 122nd location!My high expectations were met and everything I needed done was taken care of, handled, maintained and done with the best customer care from the moment I dropped off my car to pick up! Very nice doing business with them and I will continue to do so while also recommending them to friends and family! You won’t be disappointed. These guys come to work to actually WORK!

I think I can safely say that this was the easiest car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. It was well worth the drive from Eugene. Thanks to Tanner, Alex and Yousif the whole process went extremely smooth. I would definitely recommend this dealership and staff to my friends and family. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

I had never been her before and just recently purchased a used Honda and needed an oil change. The process of making an appointment was easy and they got me in next day at the time I requested. The service person was excellent and the time was quicker than they expected. All around great experience and a good price for my all synthetic oil change. They did not try and upsell me on any additional services, which I greatly appreciate! I will go back for my next service.

I had a great experience at Tonkin Gresham. Benjamin had text me updating me on a vehicle I was interested in and was very quick getting back to me. Purchasing the vehicle was quick and stress free. Also Benjamin was so friendly and never pushy. I would go back to him again in the future:)

The people are always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate getting in on short notice to have my tire looked at and repaired in no time. I really like the videos sent from the technician working on the vehicle.

We so so many hoops to jump through I never thought I would end up with my dream truck that was so far out of my league, but some how these guys performed some miracles and got me into my beautiful new truck!!!
