Bait and lie! Don't trust this bank. I opened a no fee account for the bonus offer, I deposited $25k, I confirmed 4 times that I only had to wait 60 days to get the $800 bonus. 1 of the times with the manager she said it all set. At 60 days, they said I did not qualify. They are crooks! They add on fees to no fee accounts etc. I closed my accounts!

I received a counterfeit $50 bill from this bank and they did absolutely nothing to help me or investigate so it won’t happen to other customers. The teller who cashed my check went to the back and hid until I left the bank. The bill made it through their counter machine, make sure you check EVERY bill before leaving this terrible business. Be cautious the owner has an attitude problem and is not professional either.

Thee best US Bank in our area. Always super nice and friendly. Pretty fast and always accurate. US Bank atm's kinda suck. So it's nice to have the drive thru option. ??

I called the 800 number to initiate a name change and there was too much of a delay for my needs. The last person I called put me in touch with the local branch for a last minute appointment and got me in the same day. Excellent customer service! I was able to complete my name change request just in time. Very knowledgeable bankers, intuitive to the customers needs. This is why I've been a customer for 15+ years.

Do not use this location for professional business, I personally recommend using either of the Gresham US Bank locations for courteous, quick and honest service.This location currently has a poor management system; issues with building and sustaining good customer relations and staff retention. A terrible example of how to run a business.

Drive through is extremely slow. Every time it takes at least 20 minutes to get through. Can’t do mobile banking because it’s a business account.

I was in a real bind, out of town from Colorado where I bank at a credit union and I lost my credit and debit cards. Credit unions say there is all this shared branching, but many don't participate, so I was facing driving around town looking for one that does. Instead I just walked into US Bank, and within half an hour I had a checking account with balance on it and a temporary debit card. Outstanding!

I like your a** man. I've been with him for a long long time. They always ranked high in the most trusted companies. The service is really fast in this branch, and they help you over the smile. There's a drive-thru and there's an ATM inside the first set of doors. This way you do whatever you need to do what without getting wet. The parking lot is a bit small, but parking is never a problem.
