Been having an unpleasant experience during my morning stops. Unfriendly service from weekday morning Cashier/Lady. Unable to accept bills bigger then a 20. Updated this review to seem less harsh but still a very unhappy customer. Please do better 711.

They say you can load you chime card but you can only do it if there's a manager and they never work so Walgreens or rite aid is the place to go

These clowns discriminate against Military Service Veterans who have PTSD. I worked for Tualitin 7-11 for a couple months with No appreciation from the Store Manager Karen. She was Verbally abusive towards Me and never said anything positive about My hard work in the Cooler. The Day My Therapy Cat Died, I was very upset and My sweet Girlfriend wanted to call off work to Comfort Me. Karen the Manager threatened to Fire her if she didn’t come to work. I cried out for mercy from Karen, But she is Cold as Ice. She then Kicked Me from the Store and 86ed me for being upset about My Cat. I was at Home and Not even at the Store. Please support Disabled Veterans and boycott Tualitin 7-11.

Okay, this is silly. 7-Eleven may not be glamorous or known for top notch service, but I must say I appreciate the young cashier who was working yesterday evening. I got a call from a friend who was in dire need of a pregnancy test. I didn't ask questions, I just promised to stop at the nearest store & come right over. I don't know why we feel shame in these things, but I was a little embarrassed to be frantically running into a 7-Eleven to buy such an intimate item. I grabbed a test and a small bag of gummy strawberry candies to hold on top, concealing the item so all the men in line wouldn't see. When I put my items on the counter, I think I let out a little bit of a nervous laugh. The guy working smiled at me, quickly scanned the test & then threw the candies back on top to hide it again. This was such a tiiiiny act of kindness but it went a long way. People were hovering over me looking to buy lotto tickets, so his kind smile & quick discretion were MUCH appreciated. I hope he has a great Christmas.

Went in like many times before to get some snacks and some beer. Cashier a bigger gal was rude and snappy. She said she could not sell me the beer because of my expired ID. I stated I have my paper copy and am waiting for my plastic copy in the mail. Due to covid the mail & DMV are running slow as we all know. I pulled out and showed from the Oregon OLCC website, where it stated expired licenses had been extended until 12/2021 and expired licenses were acceptable for alcohol sells. The cashier said she did not care about the state law and said she would not sell the beer because she didn’t want to and had the right to refuse service. She got very mouthy and started yelling at me in front of other customers. I asked why she was so upset and why she wouldn’t assist me. She simply she didn’t want to. I been here many times with my same license and never been an issue. I was the only Hispanic in line so makes you think if these was based on my skin color. I would love to speak to a rep from 7/11 about the incident.
