I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision in Tualatin. The repairs I needed done were covered by insurance, though I had several companies to choose from and I chose based off google star rating. I am so happy with my choice. They made the entire process as smooth and easy as I could imagine, and did a fantastic job of keeping me updated via text. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional, and kind. They handled almost all the coordinating with the insurance company as well, and they were able to complete the repairs well within the timeframe they told me to expect.
They also coordinate with a rental car company and really made the whole process as seamless as it could be.

My son was involved in a minor side swipe accident. Ryan from Caliber collision rubbed out the damage on both cars for free. Another body shop gave me an $1,300 estimate. The world needs more people like Ryan. Caliper has earned a new customer based on Ryan's great service.

Went here to have someone look at my car after somebody hit my back bumper. I really didn't know what I was doing but everyone was so nice and made the process really easy. I hope I don't need to in the future, but I would definitely come back for any collision repairs.

The front desk lady really helped me (technically my mom) out. We called in and she helped get my mom scheduled for an appointment when she was really struggling to do it online and now her car looks all pretty again. ?

Friendly staff, slow service with several setbacks. Car returned with a wobbly mirror, imperfect paint job, and blown fuse.
