Me and my friends went to the garage to change the battery, but unfortunately, the guy started talking to us about the alternator as if we knew nothing about cars. He ended up showing us an exorbitant price, so we simply asked for a battery, which we didn't buy because the labor cost was enormous for the work involved.

Had a drive into Tualatin and my car died out of nowhere had it towed into this shop here and chris and ricky were awesome for being a emergency repair to get back home to the Oregon coast im so thankful for the workers here what a lifesaver

We have been using Paragon for a number of years with our fleet of vehicles. Highly recommend them as Chris is very fair and thorough. Today I put him in a tough spot knowing I had to get our service van back on the road tomorrow. We had scheduled our service in advance and he let me know it wasn’t likely to be a one day job. I needed the vehicle for service calls the next day and his team delivered. Thanks Chris and team. Glad we have someone in town we can count on.

Chris and his team rescued us! We were traveling from out of state and our VW van broke down by the side of the highway. Paragon took us in and expedited the work so we could return home safely. Very good at explaining the process and updating us. Thank you!

Chris is absolutely brilliant at impossible, tricky, elusive car repairs.
Our 1999 Lexus RX300 had a NOx sensor issue that could not be fixed by multiple car repair faculties. The Lexus dealer wanted a incredible amount to just diagnose the problem and much more to address the issue with no guarantee.
Chris, very patiently, dug into this over a period of time, methodically eliminating all the possibilities till be found the root cause and fixed the issue. During the process he also found and alerted us to other issues on our car that we got addressed. He also helped get our car through DEQ with ease. All in all a really pleasant experience, fair pricing, and a wonderful person to work with! We will definitely go back to him for our car repairs.
p.s. Our car has been running well for over three years since Chris helped us. Thank you Chris!

In world of auto repair we all want a fair deal and more importantly, someone we can trust!! Chris not only took great care of the car, but at a fair price and made us feel like we were important. We will definitely use them again when we need auto service.

We brought in our truck that was previously owned by my Father in Law, he passed away and we wanted to keep his truck around. It needs so much work, they were so kind. They were able to do a complete look over of the car, suggest what it needs, and let us decide what we were able to/wanted to do. Once we decided they were fast and got the truck up and running. When we enter the next phase of repairs we will definitely be returning.

We’ve received great service at Paragon! Every repair they’ve made has been high quality, and they’ve been able to fix issues that past auto shops haven’t been able to. The only issue is that some times it’s hard to get ahold of someone on the phone, I think they suffer from being short staffed. Hopefully they can build up their team for the future, since they do such great work.
